"Not too clear about the car parking charges - adjacent to the hotel and next to Sainsburys. Had to use an App - which charged me for overnight - which is free between 7pm-8am.
Room was clean but shower had little power."
"Very efficient and clean hotel. There were no tissues in the bedroom and no hairdryer.
I had made a mistake while booking my room and the staff were very unforgiving. Luckily they didn’t charge me extra, but they really made me feel terrible."
MmarcryuGreat location, easy access to major attractions in Oxford. Love the literary theme of its interior and rooms. Service and concierge staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our graduate twin room was surprisingly spacious and very pretty. Breakfast selections were plentiful and of good standard. Highly recommended if ever in Oxford.
YYee11The Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a stylish hotel located on the outskirts of Oxford, offering a blend of comfort and convenience. Lucky to have some light decorations to the rooms due to availability. The room is spacious which come equipped with comfortable bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Slight pointer is that there is no heat warmer or heater in the room.
The hotel features an on-site restaurant and bar, where visitors can enjoy a variety of meals, including a well-regarded breakfast. For relaxation, the property offers excellent leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room but you need to make prior appointment before usage. These amenities are especially appreciated by those looking to unwind after exploring the historic city of Oxford.
Situated near major road networks, the hotel is ideal for travelers arriving by car, with on-site parking available. However, some guests note that parking might come with an additional charge but come at fixed $6 per day. Should you require breakfast is best to purchase it on the day you checked it as it will cost $15 instead of $18.
Overall, the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a dependable and comfortable choice, offering a modern retreat just a short distance from the vibrant cultural and academic attractions of Oxford.
ผผู้เข้าพักVery good service from the people there. They were friendly and attentive, responsive, and helpful. Me and my partner had a good stay and enjoyed it. We for sure be back in the future!
ผผู้เข้าพักWe have visited Sunbury Hotel a few times now , this time we were disturbed by person or persons at 02.47am and also experienced a lot of noise transmitted from above, both of which were a first for us and certainly surprised us. The cleaning service over the three nights amounted to pulling up the bed covers which is a definite lowering of previous standards. The complimentary bottles of water and snack biscuits were not refreshed at all, and the room itself now has two large areas of damp showing in the corners which should have been attended to and at least kept clean.
The hotel was busy during the weekend but the Tuesday am breakfast was attended service rather than the buffet which was great as the food was freshly prepared and served to us. A warning if you have a pet it's £20 per night now and segregation in the bar area for breakfast which is fine except for the walk through with your serving from the restaurant area before it gets cold.
The grounds are superb and the outside patio are excellent, plenty of car parking. It would be interesting to see if management comment.
