We only used the accommodation for two nights without breakfast or any other meals. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the coffee was great. The decor was really nice with a jazz feel. It was very quaint and vintage. I would imagine a stay in the summer would be very nice as the courtyard was very pretty and peaceful.

วิวจากชั้นสูงที่เราจองไว้นั้นสวยงามมาก เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึงสถานีรถไฟ และทางซ้ายมือคือไชน่าทาวน์ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตจีนเล็กๆ สองแห่ง แต่ผลไม้มีน้อย ตรงสามแยกมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตสไตล์ตะวันตกขายบลูเบอร์รี่และเชอร์รี่ ฉันชอบอาหารเช้าที่มีซีเรียล ถั่ว และเค้กฮัวฟู่โฮมเมดหลากหลายชนิด

We booked a standard double as we only wanted somewhere to have dinner and lay our heads to break 2 long journeys.  We were prepared for a 'tired' looking room and it was, in fact just that.  HOWEVER, both the room and bathroom were spotless; the bed absolutely huge with nice linens and the shower in the morning was spot on for temperature.  Service from beginning to end was fantastic and, though I didn't have it myself, my husband said the breakfast was excellent.    We travel both locally and internationally a lot and i rarely comment as many 4-5* hotels just go through the motions however, I wanted to give this hotel and team a well deserved shout out.  We shall certainly be back and recommend to anyone looking for a very good place to stay on the outskirts of York.

ใกล้ชายหาด และสถานีรถไฟ แต่บริเวณรอบๆ โรงแรมมีนกและมูลนกเยอะมาก มีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก ทางเดินและพื้นห้องสกปรก มีแมลงตัวเล็กๆ บินไปมา ไม่มีตู้เย็น และไม่มี Wi-Fi บริการ Wi-Fi ฟรีในล็อบบี้ชั้น 0 มีการแสดงร้องเพลงและเต้นรำในช่วงเย็น

พนักงานน่ารักมากค่ะ คอยช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนความต้องการของฉันตลอดการเข้าพัก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก! มีร้านอาหารและร้านขายของชำเยอะมาก

ห้องพักดีมาก ชอบที่ศูนย์ออกกำลังกายเปิดจนดึก ทำให้สามารถไปว่ายน้ำและแช่จากุซซี่ได้แม้หลังจากเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ แล้ว อาหารเช้าเยี่ยมมาก มีให้เลือกหลากหลายแบบสไตล์คอนติเนนตัล และมีวิวสวยงามจากห้องอาหาร พนักงานเป็นกันเองและเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ข้อควรปรับปรุงอย่างหนึ่งคือ การควบคุมอุณหภูมิน้ำร้อนในห้องอาบน้ำ - ห้องของเราเป็นห้องดีลuxe มีอ่างอาบน้ำ อุณหภูมิน้ำร้อนมากเกินไป หรือไม่ก็เย็นจัด ไม่มีอุณหภูมิปานกลางเลย

Beautiful location, hotel and breakfast was good. We arrived at hotel and couldn’t check in until after lunch, left our case at reception and went out. We returned to the hotel at 2100hrs, got the key to the room which was freezing. -1 outside and all heating was switched off, the room was so cold. You would like to think that someone would have known we had not checked in yet and put some heating on. Huge let down for a 4* star hotel. Would have took someone 2 mins and would changed our whole experience. Hope the hotel reads this and learns for the next paying visitor.

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, and when I stayed they weren’t serving food. This meant a bit of a trek to find somewhere to eat. The hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable within any frills. There was a shortage of staff, with one fella working both reception and the bar, but I must say he was very helpful and professional. Good value for money and would stay there again
