The front desk staff, Amr tried his best to give us an early check-in. I had booked the hotel very early and had requested for a high floor. We were given the 3rd floor (out of 6 floors) saying it was a high floor, it was the last, corner room, noisy at night with music till late at night from the park and also the door that was shared with the adjacent room was being rattled and woke us up. Instead of a huge double bed we got twin beds pushed together with a dent in the middle and separate duvets tucked under. The room was cold. No blanket, no bathrobe, no slippers, no toiletries other than soap and shampoo. We were forced to keep our luggage at reception for the porter to bring it to the room. This was delayed almost by half an hour, when we could have easily done it ourselves. The next day, the staff who cleaned the room, separated the beds again. She took away the dirty towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows the hotel provides are like huge square cushions. Breakfast had some variety and the chefs cook some tasty dishes. We chose this Accor hotel hoping to have a great anniversary experience, but instead it was ruined. The cost was very high and not worth it. On our last evening, we received 2 phone calls via the room phone interrupting our evening leisure. The calls were made about half hour apart and was from a female asking us if we enjoyed the breakfast. She said she was from housekeeping. We found this odd. We are very disappointed with this whole experience especially as I am an Accor member and for the price we paid. Our 28th wedding anniversary was ruined!

1) отель находится в самом центре - шикарная локация много кафе и ресторанов недалеко Нил, набережные и центральная площадь 2) интересный лифт, были в нескольких отелях Каира и такие лифты много где есть, но для туристов из России необычно) 3) есть банные принадлежности гель, шампунь, мыло, зубные щетки, полотенца 4) вкусный завтрак 5) приветливый персонал Единственный минус: У 106 номера делюкс окна выходят во двор и всю ночь был звук вытяжки с улицы. У меня чуткий сон и поэтому спала в берушах (беруши были не отельные, а свои) поэтому возьмите тоже беруши!

Very nice view of the Nike river very attentive and caring hotel, asking for feedback and comment everyday and answer to your request and allow us to have late checkout. It’s a bit dated but overall very clean and comfortable.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้คุ้มค่าเงินมาก อยู่ใจกลางกรุงไคโรเลย เมื่อเทียบกับราคาแล้วถือว่าคุ้มมาก น่าเสียดายที่พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่เก่งนัก แต่ก็ได้รับการตอบสนองทุกคำขอ

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก ๆ ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้สามครั้งในช่วง 20 วันที่อียิปต์ ฉันพักที่นี่ตลอดเวลาในกรุงไคโร ยกเว้นสองสามวันที่ฉันพักที่ปิรามิด ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นมิตรมาก และสวยงาม ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบมากห้องที่ฉันให้ไปสามครั้งก็โดดเด่นกว่าลิฟต์ในโรงแรมที่ดี 55555 เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการใช้ชีวิตในไคโรสมัยนี้คุณต้องได้รับการยกย่อง !

Everything is perfect. Very friendly staff. Doing Everything to give you a pleasant stay. Very clean, very comfy bed, i had a great sleep. Nice decorated room and swimmingpool area. Very good shower. Very fast wifi. 10 minutes by uber to airport. Highly recommended. These owners know what a traveler needs.

Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌
