I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!).
Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing.
Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

뷰가 진짜 끝내줍니다! 2.5달러 조식 꼭 신청해서 먹으시길 바랍니다!! 샴푸도 줍니다! 아침에 물장수 아저씨가 돌아다니시는지 조금 시끄러울 수도 있습니다. 시내에서 숙소까지 173계단 걸어올라와야해서 조금 힘들 수도 있는데, 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 :)

Beautiful hotel 4 KM from the Airport. Wonderful and kind management. Rooftops have great views at sunset. Only complaint was bathroom light was automatically on, and very bright, at 3:00 am, was a surprise. The little cafe up the street and to the right has wholesome food. Both are nicely priced.

酒店在一個單行路上 每次進去都要繞路 有點不方便 不知道為什麼酒店沒有安保人員 馬路對面的小販看起來很不安全的樣子 大堂感覺不是很温馨 餐廳的菜單品種不多 價格還算合理

Близко от аэропорта и пет-френдли отель!Отель находится в 15-20 минутах на машине от аэропорта Кито в безопасном районе. Территория очень большая и огорожена. Сам отель выполнен в колониальном стиле. Есть несколько лаундж зон, как внутри, так и на открытом воздухе. Есть бассейн, сауна, турецкий хамам, бильярд. В номере очень чисто. Порадовало то что можно проживать с собакой и за это не берут отдельную стоимость! Также в стоимость номера вошел завтрак. На завтраке свежие фрукты, йогурты, смузи и стандартный набор. Персонал знает английский и дружелюбно помогает со всеми вопросами. Обстановка очень спокойная и безопасная.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette!
My stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette was nothing short of exceptional. It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care.
The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for.
If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

CCarmyGood location - able to do birdwatching in the morning and afternoon from the hotel (we saw a toucan, hummingbirds, tanagers, flycatchers, and egrets). Did a separate birdwatching tour which was amazing. The hotel is a short taxi to the town and cable car for the waterfalls (which is recommended). The breakfast was tasty, the restaurant for dinner was great with a beautiful view too.
Marco was the best! He gave good advice for our daily itinerary that made sure we got the most out of our time in Mindo. We’re very happy with our stay and choice of hotel.

DDavid AtabekyanОтель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий.
Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

AAdRaInKeThe hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient.
