I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.
Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Bereits beim ersten Mal ist mir bereits die UNPROFESSIONALITÄT an der Rezeption aufgefallen‼️Man fragt nach dem Preis, geht flux zum Geldwechseln, um dann herauszufinden, dass zwei weitere Kosten auf einen zukommen (irgendein Zuschlag + Steuern)...also musste man erneut zum Wechseln...Kommunikation ist absolut nicht deren Stärke 🤬
Service im Restaurant Top, Reinigung ganz ok (was ich sehr seltsam finde, es gibt in diesem Hotel KEINE KLOBÜRSTEN! Die Gläser/Bächer & Löffel im Zimmer bitte desinfizieren, da diese vom Personal lediglich mit Wasser ausgespült werden...ergo Herpes Gefahr!!!).
Beim zweiten Aufenthalt ist mir wahrlich der Kragen geplatzt, da ich an beiden Tagen wegen der UNPROFESSIONALITÄT der Rezeption (inkl. des Management) aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde...an beiden Malen gab es kein guten Morgen sondern man wurde angeschrieen sofort an die Rezeption zu kommen, um Fehler auszubügeln die Verschulden des Personals an der Rezeption waren. Ich bitte Sie, am Auschecktag jemanden zu wecken, weil der Mitarbeiter die Steuern nicht berechnet hat, und wenn man dann Schlaftrunken fragt ”wie viel Geld soll ich überhaupt zahlen?” und es wird mit ”ich weiss nicht” geantwortet...da bleibt einem wahrlich die Spucke weck, wie HIRNTOD das Personal an der Rezeption doch eigentlich ist, WAHNSINN🤯
I'm Anschluss hab ich dann noch sag's gefunden, dass deren Berechnung der Steuern sogar falsch war...wahrlich ohne Worte......
Rezeption NULL der Rest der Crew des Hotels bekommt von mir 3,5 von 5 Punkten.
PS: Ich in kann die Standard Zimmer empfehlen...die größeren Zimmer sind ihr Geld wahrlich nicht wert!
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I specially like the fact that there’s a restaurant in the hotel, which is of crucial importance on Fridays when almost all shops are closed.
20 minutes walk from the Shopping mall ”Bab Ezzouar”, 8 mins drive from the airport (which is why we went there). We had two rooms, one with a working aircon, the other did not work. I would say this is a two star hotel experience, but the price reflected this, so I am not complaining. The staff members were nice.
I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

ผผู้เข้าพักJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

ผผู้เข้าพักJ’ai passé un super séjour, l’hôtel et les chambre sont très propre, la vue sur la mer est magnifique (avec vue sur le couché de soleil) et le personnel est juste incroyable!
J’ai été accueilli par Amina, une femme souriante et remplie de bonté qui m’a aidé durant tout mon séjour elle m’a donné de super adresses et s’est assuré que je ne manque de rien, tout comme le reste du personnel, tous étaient géniaux !
Super expérience, je reviendrai et vous le conseille yeux fermé, un grand merci à toute l’équipe
