พอใจมาก พนักงานมีคุณภาพสูง มีหน้าเอเชีย ที่แผนกต้อนรับสามารถพูดภาษาจีนกลางได้ ทำเลดีมาก สะดวกมากในการไปตัวเมืองเบลล์วิวภายใน 10 นาทีโดยการเดิน สภาพแวดล้อมเรียบร้อยมาก สะอาด และหรูหรา เหมาะสำหรับธุรกิจ การเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ การประชุม และการเดินทาง ฉันจะจองที่นี่ในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมีโอกาส

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

My boyfriend and I visited the hotel. The experience was very good. Vanessa welcomed us at the desk entrance in a very friendly way and explained the benefits of the hotel to us. She gave us our key. We enjoyed the room, very comfortable and beautiful. We used our free breakfasts. Kathi. in the kitchen she was very friendly and helpful every day we really liked the hotel and its staff

พนักงานบริการทุกคนค่อนข้างดี ดีมาก รู้สึกว่าถูกสุขอนามัยนิดหน่อยผ้าปูที่นอนมีรอยยับและดูเก่า ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุง ทุกอย่างอื่นก็โอเค มีป้ายรถเมล์รอบๆ ด้วย และใช้เวลาขึ้นรถไฟใต้ดินนิดหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร การเดินทางไปชายหาดเป็นเรื่องง่าย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแบบไร้สิ่งกีดขวางของโรงแรมนั้นดีมาก และมีอักษรเบรลล์อยู่บนป้ายด้วย

If you are looking for something modern, this is a perfect hotel. The gym is summer nice like your home gym, The front desk had really amazing service and were able to help with almost all concerns and questions. the airport shuttle was ontime which is a bonus to the stay here. Would totally recommend.

I absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.
