O quarto reservado nada teve a ver com o quarto atribuído no check in, no fundo do corredor era um quarto para pessoas com deficiência, a casa de banho muito antiga bem como o quarto, mais parecia um quarto de um hostel ”rasca” do que de um hotel de 3 estrelas. Pedimos a mudança de quarto e na 2a noite nos foi atribuído outro quarto no piso de cima ,muito melhor mas aquém das expectativas... Casa de banho minúscula e a banheira parecia para crianças. Cama confortável, sendo a única coisa agradável

This is the best hotel to stay in Evora. I didn’t expect such a modern and well maintained hotel to be in a small town. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Staff is polite n speaks English. Room facing backwards is quiet and comfortable. We had 309 room n staff said it’s the best room. Parking is underground n secured, free for guests.

Très bonne expérience, on recommande ! Personnel serviable et agréable, serviettes à disposition moyennant caution pour la piscine. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (ça vaut pour les chambres comme la piscine!). Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La literie était excellente !!! On avait pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps, c’était comme être sur un nuage. Cet hôtel mérite amplement ces 4 étoiles.

Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

นี่เป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมา มันมีรสนิยมมากในอาคารเก่าแก่ (อาราม) ความสำเร็จที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดของการเดินทางไปโปรตุเกสครั้งนี้คือการค้นพบซีรีส์ Pousada ในวันแรกของห้อง 1800 มีห้องนั่งเล่นเล็กๆ 2 ห้องและสวนเล็กๆ ตรงทางเข้า อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก แค่กาแฟก็เกือบแล้ว แต่สั่งเอสเพรสโซ่ได้ ฉันไม่รู้สึกไกลจากรถไฟ เดินไปแล้วเหนื่อยนิดหน่อยระหว่างทาง เมื่อฉันนั่งแท็กซี่ฉันไปที่สถานีขนส่ง สิบนาทีห้ายูโร

เราอยู่ที่ Evora หนึ่งวันและได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น โรงแรมเกอร์อธิบายทุกอย่างได้ดีและเป็นกันเองมาก และได้ทําเครื่องหมายจุดสําคัญบนแผนที่ให้เรา ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างดีและตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม เตียงอาจจะนุ่มไปหน่อยและห้องสว่างไสว แต่ทุกอย่างโดยรวมดีมาก! อาหารเช้าก็น่าพอใจมาก

Excellent hotel. Beds and linens were great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast. Approximately 15 minute walk to centre. Would definitely recommend.
