Perfecta atención. Recepción 24h. Ubicado un poco a las afueras de Guimaraes pero puedes llegar andando al centro histórico. Parking gratuito en el lado opuesto a la entrada.habitación enorme. Todas las comodidades. Solo falta un poco de insonorización porque en el primer piso se escuchan los coches. Por lo demás , todo correcto.

Reservei com pequeno almoço, na confirmação da reserva apareceu sem. O ar condicionado e, logo, a temperatura do quarto, são os funcionários que controlam...irreal...logo ao lado há uma igreja que, as 7 e pouco da manhã, decide tocar os sinos, todos os dias...ninguém merece...

Óptima localização, funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno-almoço variado. Apenas 2 reparos: ar condicionado não possui controle remoto e deixou de funcionar na segunda noite e a imagem da TV falha imenso.

Atendimento simpático, muitos lugares de estacionamento (mas aparentemente com pouco uso devido a pouca sinalização, até mesmo para acesso). Acesso rápido a todos os pontos de interesse da cidade, mesmo a pé. Quarto limpo e comfortável.

The hotel is in an ancient monastery and it makes all the charm and attraction of the place if you like ”old stones and historical places”. The renovation has kept the original building and improved it to todays comfort. The rooms ( cells) are small but well fitted with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. You can feel History when you enter the building and anywhere you walk . They have a big outdoor park for pleasant walks . The church adjacent to the Hotel is worth visiting. I was staying on a weekend and I attended the Sunday mass. My only negative note is on the breakfast which is very disappointing in terms of product variety and quality. The set up of the breakfast buffet is very poor and not attractive at all. The breakfast team is not as welcoming and friendly as the front desk or lady at the bar, which is not meeting one's expectations in such a place.

Hotel com excelente localização. Bom pequeno almoço, variado e com produtos de qualidade. Boas áreas sociais (esplanada, piscina exterior, etc). Quartos precisam de uma reforma. Cama desconfortável, cortinas estradas, torneiras oxidadas, entre outros. Em geral, foi uma estadia agradável !

Ideally located right next to the train station, and only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of the town. Everything I needed. Clean, comfortable, location and nice staff.

It is the best-located hotel to access tourist attractions. It is a modern hotel, but it doesn't seem to be a very new building. Parking lots are provided for a fee. It is a hotel that is enough for travelers to stay for a day comfortably.

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in der Altstadt. Von hier ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zur Akrobatik WM unseres Sohnes da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Eine wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Weg zur Halle ca. 20 min. , der Weg zum Flixbus ca. 15 min. Das Frühstück wird einem an den Platz gebracht, es fehlt an nichts. Auf Wünsche wurde super freundlich eingegangen. Auch sprachlich gab es weder in deutsch noch englisch Probleme.
