Second time here hehe, and it still feels just as special. Perfect escape from the busy city life. Everything about it is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere really helps you slow down and just enjoy the moment.
Nights can get quite dark around the resort, but honestly it adds to the whole serene vibe and wasn’t an issue for me at all. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely come back again.

Second time i bring my families here plus its my anniversary date, ingat nak rileks2 lpas srabut kerja, bila datang ya ampunn makin serabut servicenya, aaaa first time dtg hotel 5 star rsa nk cepat2 balik.Service kaunter check in serabut ya aampun. Slow and steady 30-40 min duk kt lobby. Staff plak mcm intern ,girl yg putih2 tu. Tertukar bilik, tertukar nama booking, tertukar bilangan blk, connecting x available.dah 30minit urusan trace nama x settle2. Dhla kepala pening lpas naik bot, pastu dah settle, bg bilik jauh2 plak dah, ank kecik2 blk jauh, baik takpayah la sy ckp tukarkan la satu blk lagi tu jd credit point boleh guna utk dlm hotel, x boleh plak, last skali dpt la blk connecting. Yg settle lelaki pakai spek, tp ya ampunn customer servis out dengan muka serabut dia, muka nk marah, muka x de eye contact ngn customer. Dia kata x jauh mna pon blk ngn bangunan sebelah, aiii ank umur 3,4 taun, ingt pndai urus diri ke? Geramnya lah, kalau hotel lain, kalau mcm ni pnya first impression, dh ptt dpt free upgrade, tnggu pnya tnggu, ak ckp nk jmpa manager, dan2 ada connecting tu, jauhh dr adik bradik lainnn tapinya, dh masuk blk, happy anniversary nama org lain plakkk, nama adik aku,, dia tertukar! Pdahal booking asing2 tu. dh malam tu, x de eelctric la plak blk sbeleah, pagi bru call service nasib pantas.staff baku merah kt restorant tu snyumla skit dh mcm kna paksa keja ngn parents dh nengoknya, mknn can improve, average for hotel 5 stars yg sy pernah pergi,. Lastly, staff kat kids club double standard ea, layan ank2 omputeh + muma subtitle. Hurmm beginila nasib bila bukan artis/ influencer. Lain sangat dngn staff taaras, The Danna, Hurm .lastly staff buggy ad mncarut ye atas buggy smbil ckp walkientalkie dia tu.x manisla mcm tu, rempit sngt tu dik, depan guest, tp overall staff buggy je boleh bg markah lebihh.. sorang tu je mencarut yg lain smua sopan2 welcoming dan sngtt cepat servis. We had an unexpectedly beautiful 4D3N stay at Redang Divers Resort. Initially hesitant due to the 3.2 rating, we booked as it was the only available option, but it turned out to be the best decision.From the warm yet respectful service by Wei to meeting the humble owners Adrian and his wife, everything felt genuine and comfortable. The food was outstanding (we truly miss the food!) honestly among the best we had in Redang.The beachfront view was amazing, white sand and turquoise sea right in front of our room. Simple, raw island vibes, clean rooms, and a truly heartfelt experience for our family.
A small note: the toilet flooring could use an upgrade, but we understand refurbishment is already underway with the new management.Not a “luxury” resort, but definitely 5-star in heart, service, and overall experience.We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making us feel at home!
ห้องพักกว้างขวางและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และมีสถานที่ดําน้ําตื้นที่ยอดเยี่ยมอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ฉันชอบร้านอาหารเป็นพิเศษ รสชาติดีมาก อาหารทุกจานดีมาก เรียกได้ว่าเป็นหนึ่งในร้านอาหารชั้นนําที่ฉันได้ลองในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้มาหลายปีแล้ว สุดท้ายนี้ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษกับ Paul ที่ดูแลทุกอย่างอย่างละเอียด มีโอกาสจะไปอีกแน่นอน

SSyarifah AthikahHotel best gilaaa!!, service veryyy the tiptop. Service kena dengan hotel 5star veryy friendly ye staff dia. Setiap petang akan dapat free drink and sedap ye smoothie dia. Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.
