ผผู้เข้าพักI booked two connecting rooms for a four-night stay, having also stayed at this hotel last year. Unfortunately, this visit was a noticeable step down. For a five-star property, the service fell short in several areas. Check-in was slow, with only 1–3 front desk staff and a wait of over 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Dining was inefficient—meals took too long, breakfast lines were constant, and utensils were not properly cleaned.
On checkout day, I requested a bell cart, which was confirmed but never arrived. Follow-up calls to the front desk went unanswered, and there was no staff available to help with our bags. The checkout process itself was long and poorly managed.
This experience was disappointing compared to last year. I hope the hotel takes steps to return to the standard it once upheld.
