Fine if you’re a young late night kinda person who does not need much sleep. It’s loud and not super clean. Considering it’s a small island with a lot of tourist traffic, it’s ok.

The first impression amazed us when we got in right after the Rinjani hike. The room is spacious despite the furniture is a little old. The bed is superb, environment is beautiful and staff were very friendly for small talk. It's a recommended place especially for recuperating but it's not too convenient to travel out for food & sightseeing. However the hotel offers a good variety of food & drink at an affordable price

Had to wait 30 or so minutes for our room to be ready? First room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and above. They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.

Kebersihan kurang, tp layanannya bagus sekali. Mas mas nya jujur, saya kelupaan dompet saya dikamar hotel pd saat cek out, dan mas nya menemukan kemudian menelpon keluarga saya yg disurabaya,supaya saya bisa kembali ke hotel dan mengambil dompet saya.

This old dame is a little tired ( 30 years old) but functional and got great grounds and gardens and well maintained. An upgrade to a sea view room was most appreciated. Service was prompt although at time the wait time could be improved but what the hell you are on holidays. A worth mention is the welcoming and caring attitude of all staff of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was well balanced and offer local and western food items. Good size pool with separate children’s pool, sufficient loungers at most times. A better spread of T V channels would be nice but if not be sure you bring a tablet or iPad along to get informed about happenings, Wi-Fi is available everywhere so is good thing. Am pleased with the hotel.

Awesome! Have been there for 7 nights. Great service, great people, friendly and helpful. Very quite place, clean with a lot of flowers around!!! Will come back for sure.

ไม่ใช่โรงแรมที่แย่ เมนูอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี พื้นที่สวยและแปลกตา ห้องแคบ ฝักบัวอยู่ข้างนอก ฉันชอบที่นี่ โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ไม่เลว แต่เมื่อเราตัดสินใจขยายเวลาเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งคืน เราต้องเช็คเอาท์ก่อน แล้วจึงเช็คอินหลัง 15:00 น. แปลกมากเวลาที่เหลือเราไปที่โรงแรมใกล้เคียง
