โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักทันสมัยสวยงาม เตียงนอนดี ห้องน้ำยอดเยี่ยม และฝักบัวน้ำอุ่นกำลังดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าเพลิดเพลินมาก ฉันจะกลับมาอีก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือการนวดที่สปา นั่นเป็นสิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดในชีวิตของฉัน หมอนวดแย่มาก เธอออกไปพักทานอาหาร จากนั้นก็เข้าห้องน้ำ และเล่นโทรศัพท์ตลอดเวลา พักที่นี่แต่อย่าไปนวดเลย !!

highly recommended hotel in a great location with good facilities

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

Very noise in the night the room u stayed, had neighbor watching TV loud at 2am and called receptionist no one picked up, so i had to go over to the neighbors room to ask them lower down their tv noise!

We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel Lampung. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

murah, pelayan an nya ramah, dan dibangunin pula saat sahur, hanya saja kamar nya bau rokok, saran aja sih kalo bisa ada in juga kamar yg bebas asap rokok gitu. tapi selebih nya ok semua

ห้องที่ไปพักสะอาดมาก สะดวกสบาย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทันสมัย ที่นอนนอนสบายมาก หมอนก็นอนหลับสบาย ชื่นชมความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเป็นอย่างมาก เช่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําคุณภาพสูง และมินิบาร์ที่ครบครัน

The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
