The location is on the top of the hill with breathtaking view. The service was excellent. The breakfast menu is quite good but i didn’t find any sausage during breakfast which is very basic menu in 4stars hotel.

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมห้องพักทันสมัยน่ารักเตียงที่ดีห้องน้ําที่ดีและฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นที่ดี พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพสุด ๆ สรุปแล้วการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจมากฉันจะกลับมา ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือการนวดที่สปา นี่เป็นสิ่งเลวร้ายที่สุดในชีวิตของฉันหมอนวดแย่มากเธอออกไปกินอาหารจากนั้นหยุดพักในห้องน้ําและยังคงอยู่ในโทรศัพท์ของเธอ พักที่นี่แต่ไม่ได้นวด!!

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

3 hari nginep disini pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, kryawan ramah, hotelnya bersih, wangi, sarapannya semua enakkk, sangat recomend😍

คะแนนจะอิงตามหมวดหมู่นั้นๆ อย่างเคร่งครัด จริงๆ แล้ว ฉันไม่แน่ใจเกี่ยวกับชั้นอื่นๆ แต่ในชั้น 21 การกันเสียงระหว่างห้องกับเพดานนั้นแย่มาก มีเสียงพูดคุยและการเคลื่อนไหวของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ สามารถได้ยินเสียงน้ำจากก๊อกน้ำได้ชัดเจน .. มาจากห้องที่ไม่เชื่อมต่อกัน ต้องบอกว่าพนักงานสุภาพและช่วยเหลือดีมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในยิมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก สำหรับสระว่ายน้ำ หากคุณไม่สูบบุหรี่ คุณอาจต้องการหลีกเลี่ยงเพราะอนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ในพื้นที่นั่งเล่นบางส่วน ห้างสรรพสินค้ายังไม่เปิดให้บริการ ดังนั้นควรพิจารณาตัวเลือกของคุณก่อนทำการจอง
