My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. murah, pelayan an nya ramah, dan dibangunin pula saat sahur, hanya saja kamar nya bau rokok, saran aja sih kalo bisa ada in juga kamar yg bebas asap rokok gitu. tapi selebih nya ok semua

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

房間很大，床很大，但是床單清潔度不夠。下面的花園很美，泳池在負一層，早餐很不錯，有西式和本地的選擇。晚餐在餐廳吃，酒店人員服務態度很好。

ห้องที่ไปพักสะอาดมาก สะดวกสบาย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทันสมัย ที่นอนนอนสบายมาก หมอนก็นอนหลับสบาย ชื่นชมความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเป็นอย่างมาก เช่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําคุณภาพสูง และมินิบาร์ที่ครบครัน
