ブローラにいくときはいつもこのホテルを使っています。清潔感もあり、サービスも良いです。レストランの食事は残念ながら今一つですが、その他は問題ありません。

Possibly this hotel had been expecting more guests in the past but the pandemi had made their ability to maintain its standard a bit more difficult to achieve

One of the best hotels in Solo City. Customer service 5/5 - staff were friendly and service was excellent. Location 5/5 - close to Paragon Mall (2km) Breakfast 5/5 - delicious food and nice restaurant decor. Room 5/5 - bed was comfy and room was clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. The best from the Swiss-Bel chain. One of the few hotels that serve good quality western wheat bread for breakfast. Unfortunately, only sweet stuff such as jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter is served. Good quality wheat bread should be served with cheese, slices of cold meat and boiled eggs. Sweet stuff is for white bread. There is an entrance from the hotel to the mall which is very convenient. This hotel has a great lobby, lounge and bar area with a good atmosphere. Live music performances are everyday in this area from 20.00 to 22.00. For us, 22.00 is too early. By that time we return from dining outside. Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if the music performance is until 23.00. The bathroom has a very good bathtub, excellent heated water and Pepsodent toothpaste. The bedroom has two chairs, a fridge and good quality matresses.

My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. 🏨 Review Jujur Menginap di Artotel Leguna Magelang (3–5 Maret 2026) Saya menginap di Artotel Leguna Magelang dari tanggal 3 Maret 2026 sampai 5 Maret 2026 karena ada acara di Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang tanggal 3 dan 4 Maret. Lokasinya cukup strategis dan memudahkan saya untuk mobilitas ke kampus, jadi tidak terlalu capek bolak-balik. Awalnya saya pesan Standard Room dengan 1 bed besar, sudah termasuk sahur 2 pax. ************* dapat free upgrade ke Superior Room, jadi kamarnya terasa lebih lega dan nyaman. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan enak untuk istirahat setelah kegiatan yang padat seharian. Tempat tidurnya empuk dan bikin tidur lebih nyenyak. Yang paling saya suka, dari kamar bisa dapat view gunung 🌄 Suasananya tenang dan adem, terutama pagi hari. Lumayan banget buat recharge energi sebelum lanjut aktivitas. Soal pelayanan, menurut saya timnya ramah dan responsif: Pagi hari dibantu Mbak Risty dan Mas Aga Sore hari dibantu Mas Bangkit, Mbak Sheila, dan Mbak Nayra Malam hari dibantu Mas Fino Semuanya helpful dan komunikatif. Kalau ada yang saya butuhkan, responnya cepat dan tidak ribet. Rasanya dilayani dengan baik, bukan sekadar formalitas. Untuk housekeeping, saya dibantu Mas Dani. Kamar selalu bersih dan terjaga dengan baik selama saya menginap. Untuk sahur disajikan secara buffet di resto. Walaupun pilihannya tidak terlalu banyak, tapi cukup, rasanya enak, dan disiapkan dengan baik serta tepat waktu. Jadi tidak perlu khawatir kalau menginap saat bulan puasa. Secara keseluruhan, saya puas dan merasa nyaman selama menginap di sini. Cocok untuk yang ada kegiatan di Magelang, baik acara kampus, kerja, maupun sekadar staycation dengan suasana tenang dan view gunung. Kalau ke Magelang lagi, saya tidak keberatan untuk stay di sini lagi 👍

We booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.

There is swimming pool. The room condition is clean. Thanks.
