Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. There is a noticeable precision in how everything operates—from the smooth check-in process to the overall atmosphere of calm efficiency. It’s clear that someone is paying close attention to the finer points that many hotels overlook. The staff deserve special recognition. They are consistently polite, professional, and impressively efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Service here strikes that rare balance between warmth and competence. Breakfast is another highlight—genuinely exceptional. The quality, variety, and presentation go beyond what you would typically expect at this level, turning what is often a routine meal into something to look forward to each morning. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach. All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They gave me a room at the back of the building away from the traffic. They gave me room is bright, clean and cared for. A desk in the corner with a comfortable chair helps with any admin. Tea and coffee and water are available and a refill machine off free hot and cold water is on each landing. A buffet breakfast for 60k is available each morning and restaurant meals in the evening. I didn’t try as I had an early start and don’t eat after 5pm. Conveniently close to the railway station a few minutes walk away and easy walking, for a regularly fit person, to the sites of interest and many cafe, coffee and restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

Great experience. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet…plenty of delicious local Solo dishes to try! The staff were friendly and the check-in was smooth. It’s also very close to the train station, which was super convenient. Would stay here again

Overal okay. Location is excellent, the hotel amenities are good, although, I think, it could be better for a 5-star hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and providing excellent service. The only need-to-improve point is the bathroom amenities and cleanliness. Especially the heavily clogged water tap and the damaged shower handling were not convenient and caused uncomfortable experience.

One of the highlights is Sunday morning, when the area hosts a car-free day event. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
