Menginap belasan kali di amarelo. Overall were good..menu breakfast aj yg lbh ditingkatkan rasanya. AC butuh pemeliharaan biar makin adeemmm

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Hotel was great. Location was Ok next to great Indonesian fried chicken restaurant too for people who are keen to venture out to new things. Easy to call ride hailing cars as well. Will stay again here if I visit the town next time

Kamar deluxe ada di lantai 2 bangunan seperti rumah di cluster dg naik tangga biasa. Saya dapat kamar paling ujung no 256 . Pulang malam gelap sekali agak menyeramkan Krn banyak pohon-pohon besar dan lampu penerangannya kurang terang. Samping bath up tidak ada pembatas kaca sehingga kl mandi air nyebar bisa kena handuk jg lantai jadi basah dimana mana

The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and daily necessities without traveling far. This was especially helpful after a long day, since everything needed was just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and suitable for a relaxing stay overall.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

FIM by Zigna is a clean, comfy hotel in a very strategic spot in Solo. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly & helpful, and I felt very welcome. Breakfast has good variety, and there are nice facilities like a pool, spa, and a café. Location is excellent — close to local food, tourist spots, and everything you need. Highly recommend!

This is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
