I giving this review from my previous stays at this accommodation over the last 10 Years. Its always been a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Just one complaint though. I accidentally booked the wrong dates to stay but i managed to cancel a whole week before i was meant to stay. NO REFUND EVEN WITH A WEEKS NOTICE!  The hotel Just referred me to TRIP.COM And TRIP.COM just referred me to The hotel. It definitely soured my experience with a place i have stayed at before every time i come to visit

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Nice little hotel in a nice little downtown area, just a few minutes walk to shopping area and good restaurants, reception are exceptionally nice and helpful.

很難得在歐洲能有性價比這麼高的酒店，在市中心，離哪裡都很近。房間空間大，裝修比較新，居然房間裏還有pad可以用，開心的追了下劇。每個服務員的態度都超級好。早餐也不錯，每天都會有一點變化，在樓下餐廳吃飯還有折扣。很滿意 唯一的缺點就是樓下晚上有一點吵

โรงแรมนี้อยู่บนเกาะ เรียกได้ว่าบรรยากาศดีมาก สระว่ายน้ําสวย อาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก และบาร์เล็กๆ หน้าประตูก็เต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศ นั่นแหละ

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมากและเป็นจุดบวกแน่นอน เราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างเป็นมิตรและผู้หญิงที่บาร์ก็ให้เครื่องดื่มต้อนรับแก่เรา โรงแรมดูค่อนข้างสูงที่ทางเข้าและคุณรู้สึกได้รับการยกระดับอย่างดี ฉันจะบอกว่ามันไม่มีระดับ 5-Sterne แต่ประมาณ 3, 5-4 แน่นอน น่าเสียดายที่ห้องของเราไม่มีหน้าต่าง (มีหนึ่งในคําอธิบาย ไม่มีปัญหาสําหรับเรา คําวิจารณ์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของเราคือไม่มีประตูในห้องอาบน้ําเพราะมันถูกลบออก นี่ไม่ใช่การอาบน้ําโดยไม่ต้องฉีดน้ําออกมา เมื่อเราสังเกตเห็นมันที่แผนกต้อนรับน่าเสียดายที่มีเพียงคนเดียว เราไม่รู้ และไปที่โทรศัพท์ที่ดังขึ้นและปล่อยให้แขกยืน ใครควรรู้ถ้าไม่ใช่โรงแรม น่าเสียดายที่ไกลจากบริการ 5-Sterne เราคาดหวังข้อแก้ตัวเล็กน้อยและคุณจะแก้ปัญหา ฉันรู้สึกเสียดายที่คุณได้เงินมากแล้วห้องที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและไม่ได้อยู่ในระดับที่คุณต้องการให้อภัยแก่แขก โชคดีที่เราใช้เวลาเพียงวันเดียวที่นี่และก่อนที่เราจะใช้เวลาหนึ่งสัปดาห์ในโรงแรมที่ 5-Sterne จริง ๆ ฉันสามารถให้ดาวได้ทุกที่ 3/5

Joli emplacement en face de la mer, piscine petite mais agréable. Notre chambre avant une petite cuisine avec un canapé-lit, c'était très pratique

The review is just so so and the pool is quite small. Location is great , easy to walk to the museum, central bus station and the old town area. Don't expect it as a 5 star hotel, then everything will be ok.
