I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺

The best hotel in kilpisjarvi, the room, the breakfast the parking is very nice, no complain at all

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ติดกับใจกลางเมืองเลย การออกแบบโฮสเทลสไตล์นอร์ดิกสวยงาม และมีลิฟต์สำหรับผู้ที่มีกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและเตียงนอนสบาย ห้องน้ำก็ใหญ่ แต่มีน้ำขังอยู่บ้าง เครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องอ่อนมาก แม้จะปรับระดับสูงสุดแล้ว (ระดับ 3) ก็ยังไม่ค่อยอบอุ่น เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นในห้องน้ำก็เสียด้วย ไม่รู้ว่าชำรุดหรือเปล่า ในภูมิภาคที่มีอุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า -10 องศาเซลเซียส เครื่องทำความร้อนอ่อนขนาดนี้เลยเหรอ? กลางคืนหรือตอนเช้าคงหนาวมากแน่ๆ มีคาเฟ่อยู่ชั้นล่าง อาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟที่คาเฟ่ อย่างไรก็ตาม ราคา 11 ยูโรต่อคน ไม่ถูกนัก โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายรถเมล์ไปหมู่บ้านซานตาคลอสมาก และขับรถไปไม่ไกล ถนนไปสนามบินก็อยู่ในทิศทางเดียวกัน ตารางเวลารถเมล์ค่อนข้างสับสน ดูเหมือนจะมีรถโดยสารหลายสายวิ่งไปที่นั่น แต่พวกมันแค่ใช้เส้นทางอ้อมที่แตกต่างกันไป มีทัวร์ชมแสงเหนืออยู่ใกล้ๆ การจองผ่านบริษัททัวร์สะดวกมาก

กระท่อมน้ำแข็งแถวแรกริมทะเลสาบ ท้องฟ้าเต็มไปด้วยดวงดาวยามค่ำคืน สวยงามมาก กลุ่มดาวหมีใหญ่และกลุ่มดาว Ursa Major มีความชัดเจนมาก แต่น่าเสียดายที่เมฆหนาเล็กน้อยและเรามองไม่เห็นแสงออโรร่า หิมะสีขาวบนทะเลสาบนั้นสวยงามมากในช่วงกลางวัน พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นใน Arctic Circle ในฤดูหนาวกำลังเอียงและตกซึ่งน่าสนใจมาก ห้องซาวน่าในห้องมีขนาดเล็กแต่มีประสิทธิภาพและอาหารเช้าก็ดีมากเช่นกัน เราขับรถมาที่นี่สะดวกมาก เราไปซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใกล้ๆ เพื่อซื้อของว่างยามดึกมาทำกินเอง อุปกรณ์ครัวในห้องก็เต็ม

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja pysäköintialue takapihalla oli tilava. Huonekohtaista jäähdytystä ei ollut, mutta huone ei onneksi ollut turhan lämmin. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällinen. Aamiainen keskivertotasoa. Pieni miinus tv-kanavatarjonnasta, huoneessa ei näkynyt kuin kanavat 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava ja Sub.

The hotel is on the top of ski slope, in winter time driving there could be challenging for first timer, but over all is good, maybe the room needed more improvement, but the lobby and parking is very nice

Great experience, the staff we exceptional and so helpful . Rooms were well equipped and we even had a view of the slope … Breakfast was nice too with lots of choice and accommodated my dairy free diet with no issues . We will definitely stay here again

The hotel is located in the city center. Close to shopping malls and supermarkets. Nice breakfast and people. It's just 10mins walk to Arktikum Park where you have high chances of seeing the northern lights when the weather are clear.
