This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

環境方面無可挑剔，酒店整體乾淨整潔，裝修時尚新穎，公共區域維護良好，客房空間寬敞，視野開闊，居住體驗感極佳。服務熱情周到，工作人員主動問好，前台效率高，客房保潔細緻，還會貼心提供額外用品，賓至如歸。早餐品類豐富，熱食、冷食、水果、飲料應有盡有，現做食物新鮮美味，兼顧營養與口感。酒店很新，設施設備齊全且無損壞，高速WiFi、舒適桌椅、獨立衞浴等配置完善，使用便捷。地理位置絕佳，地鐵站就在附近，周邊公交、打車都很方便，旅遊觀光、商務出行都能輕鬆應對，值得再次入住。

การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมพระจันทร์หูโจว (Huzhou Moon Hotel) ครั้งนี้ ประทับใจเกินความคาดหมายอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะห้องพักวิวทะเลสาบยามเช้า และบริการจากบัตเลอร์ “Shrimp Dumpling King” ที่ทำให้ต้องขอชมเชยเป็นพิเศษเลยค่ะ! เริ่มจากเรื่องห้องพักก่อนเลย ห้องพักวิวทะเลสาบยามเช้านี่คือเลือกไม่ผิดจริงๆ! พอเปิดผ้าม่านตอนเช้าตรู่ วิวทะเลสาบไท่หูทั้งหมดก็แผ่กว้างอยู่ตรงหน้าแบบไม่มีอะไรกั้น ผิวน้ำที่อยู่ไกลๆ ถูกย้อมเป็นสีทองอบอุ่นด้วยแสงอาทิตย์ยามเช้า ระยิบระยับเหมือนเพชรที่โปรยลงมาทั่วพื้น ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นแจ่มใสไปตามๆ กัน การออกแบบห้องพักก็มีสไตล์มากๆ ทันสมัยแต่ก็ยังคงความอบอุ่นสบายตา นอนอยู่บนเตียงนุ่มๆ ก็สามารถชมวิวทะเลสาบได้แล้ว แถมตอนเย็นยังได้ชมแสงอาทิตย์ยามอัสดงอีกด้วย ประสบการณ์การชมวิวทะเลสาบแบบดื่มด่ำขนาดนี้สุดยอดจริงๆ ค่ะ ต้องขอชมเชยบัตเลอร์ “Shrimp Dumpling King” เป็นพิเศษเลยค่ะ! ตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอิน เขาก็ดูแลเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี จะคอยแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมและสถานที่รอบข้างอย่างกระตือรือร้น น้ำเสียงก็เป็นกันเองแต่ก็ยังคงความเป็นมืออาชีพ ระหว่างที่เข้าพัก ฉันต้องการถุงสำหรับแช่น้ำร้อน (bath bag) ไม่กี่นาทีเขาก็เอามาให้แล้ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสอบถามปัญหาหรือต้องการของอะไร เขาก็ตอบสนองได้อย่างรวดเร็วเสมอ บริการที่ละเอียดอ่อนและใส่ใจขนาดนี้ ถือเป็นจุดเด่นที่ทำให้ประทับใจมากจริงๆ ค่ะ! สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงก็คุ้มค่าแก่การไปเยือนเช่นกันค่ะ โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากเมืองโบราณไท่หู ตอนกลางคืนไปเดินเล่นชมวิวกลางคืนและดูการแสดงแสงสีเสียงได้สะดวกมากๆ สถาปัตยกรรมเก่าแก่เข้ากับแสงไฟระยิบระยับ ทำให้บรรยากาศดีสุดๆ ไปเลยค่ะ ส่วนใครที่ชอบธรรมชาติ ก็แนะนำให้ลองไปเมืองโบราณหนานสวิน (Nanxun Ancient Town) ดูนะคะ จะได้สัมผัสเสน่ห์อันอ่อนโยนของเมืองน้ำเจียงหนาน (Jiangnan water towns) ที่นั่นก็อยู่ไม่ไกลจากโรงแรมมากนัก ใช้เวลาขับรถไม่นาน เหมาะสำหรับการจัดทริปครึ่งวันค่ะ โดยรวมแล้ว การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมพระจันทร์หูโจว (Huzhou Moon Hotel) ครั้งนี้ ถือว่าสมบูรณ์แบบไร้ที่ติเลยค่ะ วิวสวยๆ จากห้องพักวิวทะเลสาบยามเช้าทำให้หลงใหล ส่วนบริการจากบัตเลอร์ “Shrimp Dumpling King” ก็อบอุ่นใจมากๆ ครั้งหน้าถ้ามาหูโจวอีก ก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ!

ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในย่านเมืองเก่า ติดกับโบสถ์พระแม่อัสสัมชัญในหนิงโป และอยู่ห่างจากแหล่งช้อปปิ้งอื่นๆ มากมาย รวมถึงย่านเดอะบันด์เพียงนิดเดียว โรงแรมเพิ่งได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ เราพักในห้องแฟมิลี่รูม 3 เตียง และประทับใจมาก!

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก: ยังคงตกแต่งทันสมัยมาก มีเครื่องฆ่าเชื้อชุดน้ําชาในห้อง ผ้าอนามัยแยกส่วนเปียกแห้งได้ดี สภาพแวดล้อม: ค่อนข้างเงียบ ฉนวนกันเสียงของห้องก็ดีมาก ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน การบริการ : อาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟที่ห้อง หมวดครบมาก กินพอได้

ฉันจะเรียกโรงแรมนี้ว่าที่พักที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดในย่านริมทะเลสาบ ไม่มีที่อื่นอีกแล้ว 1. อันดับแรกคือความคุ้มค่าสูงมาก แทบไม่มีความแตกต่างของราคาในช่วงวันหยุด เราจองห้องสวีทสำหรับครอบครัว ราคาแพงขึ้นเล็กน้อย แต่ห้องมาตรฐานทั่วไปราคาถูกมาก แค่ห้าร้อยถึงหกร้อยหยวน คุณแน่ใจเหรอว่าจะไม่มาพัก? 2. อาหารเช้าที่ห้องอาหารหมุนได้บนชั้น 20 มองเห็นวิวทะเลสาบซีหูได้ทั้งหมด อย่าลืมว่าค่าห้องพักต่อคืนแค่ห้าร้อยถึงหกร้อยหยวนเท่านั้น 3. ชั้นล่างเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า Intime Hubin 88 และ Gonglian มีทุกอย่างที่คุณต้องการ เดินไปทะเลสาบซีหูแค่ห้านาที จะดูน้ำพุดนตรีเมื่อไหร่ก็ได้ 4. ร้านอาหารเล็กๆ ที่โรงแรมเปิด อร่อย! ราคาเข้าถึงได้ง่าย! ฉันชอบร้านราเม็งนั้นมาก! (จำชื่อไม่ได้ อยู่ตรงหัวมุมโรงแรมเลย) 5. ห้องพักใหม่มาก การจัดวางดีมาก แม้จะเล็กแต่มีทุกอย่างครบครัน พนักงานบริการกระตือรือร้นและเอาใจใส่ เครื่องนอนสบาย! นี่สำคัญมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือ ไม่มีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน ที่จอดรถบนพื้นดินหายาก ไม่มีสถานีชาร์จ เข้าออกไม่สะดวก ถนน Haiping รถติดมากทุกวัน การเดินทางช่วงวันปีใหม่ครั้งนี้พอใจมาก ขอบคุณโรงแรม

It’s difficult to fault a ShangriLa La at the best of times.  During this month I stayed at three Shangri La hotels in China and this is still in my view the best.  The standards are consistent; minor differences in the lounge F&B, but always good.  One of the reception staff at another ShangriLa La asked my why I liked the Ningbo one.  Very simple I replied, the staff. Helpful to a tee, great standards maintained, competitively priced.  If there’s a criticism, it’s that the in house transport is v expensive. A hotel car to Shanghai Pudong PVG costs more than a 3 night stay.

The service was excellent and exceeded the expectations.  We were able to check in earlier and got an upgraded room.  The breakfast buffet had lots of food options with decent quality.  The hotel location is convenient to all places where we planned to visit.  A special thanks to Mr. Feng, who helped us to carry the luggage.  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Chinese garden style resort.
