Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

這次入住體驗特別舒心！酒店的接送服務很到位，不管是接機還是送火車南站都安排得妥妥當當，省去了到站後找車的麻煩。平安夜還收到了酒店送的兩個紅蘋果，小小的心意讓人覺得特別温暖。必須誇誇昨天的值班經理，我入住時投影儀出了點小問題，他很快趕來幫忙調試好，服務態度親和又專業。酒店整體乾淨整潔，設施配置適中，性價比很高，下次出差還會選這裏！

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

強烈推薦情侶入住！位置絕佳，離美食街和景點都很近，出行超方便。酒店裝修簡約又不失格調，房間採光好，超絕落地窗，窗外夜景超美。衞生做得到位，房間寬敞乾淨，熱水充足，空調製熱效果好。晚上安靜不吵鬧，床品舒適，睡得特別香。洗漱用品都是品牌的，淡淡山茶花香味，用着舒心放心。早餐種類多還好吃，服務人員態度温柔，尤其小亮經理。從進門開始就被貼心到，前台小亮經理主動幫忙提行李，還耐心介紹周邊美食。離店還給了小禮品。性價比超高，體驗感拉滿！

和朋友出來跨年訂的這家酒店，入住體驗感非常好。前台工作人員服務很熱情，房間很大衞生乾淨住着不擁擠，房間的配套設施也很完善，下次出行還會選擇這家酒店噠，周圍有人問起來也會第一時間推薦的🫰🫰🫰

必須全五分，甚至全十分，太暖心，出差住在這個酒店我實在不想換別家，回房間會看到新鮮水果擺在桌上，會把快遞幫你送到房間放好，會記得你並且幫你把房卡準備好並備註客人回來取，前台的小姐姐看我開車會幫我送香薰掛件，客房姐姐不但幫忙打掃房間重要的是還會根據你的習慣幫你放一些你可能需要的備品，比如加濕器，比如香皂，不得不説，常年出差，桔子水晶第一次讓我寫這麼多文字並且真心想給好評點讚的酒店，感謝你們的服務讓我出差也能住的暖心安心，祝各位都好

這次入住體驗遠超預期！酒店前台JOY服務熱情專業，辦理入住高效迅速，還貼心介紹了酒店設施。房間設施現代齊全，智能馬桶、高清電視一應俱全，尤其是床品柔軟舒適，一夜安眠。衞生細節無可挑剔，床單潔白如新，衞生間乾濕分離且角落都一塵不染。高速WiFi覆蓋全屋，視頻會議毫無卡頓。早餐更是驚喜，中西式品種豐富，現磨咖啡和本地特色小吃都很地道。整體性價比極高，強烈推薦給商務和休閑旅客！

ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มากและได้รับการอัพเกรดหลังจากมาถึงโรงแรม โรงแรมนี้มีประโยชน์มาก เป็นแบรนด์ร่วมค้าของ Hyatt ทําได้ดีมาก กาแฟพิเศษของโรงแรม ซักรีดแบบบริการตนเอง และยิมฟรี สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเหล่านี้เหมาะสําหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ แต่คู่รักต้องใส่ใจกับการรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัว น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมให้คะแนนสูงสุดห้าดาว มิฉะนั้นฉันต้องให้โรงแรมหนึ่งหมื่นดาว เซอร์ไพรส์มากเกินไป 😍
