Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

這次旅行選對酒店太重要了，從踏入大堂到退房離開，每一處細節都讓人覺得舒服又省心，完全超出預期！ 環境直接戳中審美，不管是大堂的設計還是樓層走廊的佈置，都透着精緻感，公共區燈光柔和不刺眼，簡約時尚，很乾凈。健身房是意外之喜，器材種類很全，跑步機、力量器械都有，而且維護得很新，沒有老舊卡頓的情況，運動完還能去1樓的休息區喝喝八寶茶或者菊花茶，細節很貼心。 下午茶更是治癒時光，顏值和味道雙在線！甜點口感細膩不甜膩，搭配的茶或咖啡温度剛好，坐在靠窗的位置慢慢吃，旅途的疲憊瞬間就消散了。 進了房間更是滿意，設施齊全到不用帶“額外行李”，吹風機、充電插座、遮光窗簾應有盡有，最關鍵的是衞生絕對過關，床單被罩乾淨無異味，衞生間瓷磚縫隙、馬桶邊緣都乾乾淨淨，住得特別安心。 服務更是全程在線，前台辦理入住很快，還主動告知周邊的遊玩攻略；打電話要額外的枕頭，幾分鐘就送到了；出門時工作人員會主動幫忙開門，還提醒天氣變化，這種恰到好處的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服不侷促。 如果滿分是10分，我願意給10分！下次來這個城市，這家酒店絕對是我的第一選擇，已經推薦給打算來玩的朋友了～

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

這次來銀川出差，住的這家酒店非常的好，大堂還有免費的咖啡，辦理入住的時候還送了小禮品，非常的貼心，房間也特別的大，床墊也特別的舒服，這次出差選的這家酒店體驗感非常的不錯，下次還會選擇這家酒店的。

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

新酒店，而且是華住會旗下的高端品牌，本來期望值挺高，結果幾乎一夜未眠。房間裏的温度高達28度，沒有冷風供應，關了暖風也不行，又悶又熱，窗户衹能開一道小縫。開了一晚上窗，外面馬路上噪音一夜未停，早上起來看室內温度還是27度。退房時前台説這幾天開始供暖，朝南的房間就是很熱，朝北的涼快些。那昨晚我打電話到前台詢問的時候為什麼沒有説可以換到朝北的房間？明明沒有滿房。房間裏的設施也差不少東西，比如沒有玻璃杯，除了咖啡杯衹有兩衹紙杯，盥洗台上下都沒有垃圾桶。希望能改進，起碼客人入住時説明一下房間温度！

這次入住體驗真的太棒了，必須給個滿分好請！踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了五星級的服務。前台工作人員必須大大的好評不但笑容親切，還特意免費幫我們升級了景觀更好的房型，真的太驚喜了！房間寬敞明亮，設計風格現代又温馨。   無論是前台服務還是房間設施，都無可挑剔。已經推薦給朋友了，下次來還住這兒！

ชั้นล่างของโรงแรมเป็นทางเข้า Xiangyang Street Food Street ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 5 นาทีจาก Drum Tower และ 10 นาทีจาก Gaomiao โรงแรมมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันเพราะฉันมาที่ Zhongwei สําหรับการเดินทางระหว่างพ่อแม่และลูกจากที่อื่น พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้ามีความกระตือรือร้นและอดทนตอบคําถามเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางการเล่น คําแนะนําอาหาร ฯลฯ ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มาก สะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย สิ่งของต่างๆ ถูกจัดวางอย่างเป็นระเบียบ และเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ําค่อนข้างไฮเอนด์ ครั้งต่อไปถ้าคุณมาที่ Zhongwei คุณจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้

Faced a slight hiccup with some of the service staff, but generally the service standards were good and the room was decent. Breakfast spread was sufficient to start off the day.
