Отель находится рядом с жд и автобусным вокзалами, в самом центре. Заселение прошло легко - за час до времени заселения мне выслали пароль. Вай фай тоже работал хорошо. В номере есть небольшой холодильник, чайник и кофемашина. В общем все понравилось, один из лучших вариантов по соотношению цена качество.

โรงแรมสวยมากพนักงานก็เป็นกันเองมากยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ห้องที่ฉันเข้าไปทําความสะอาดยังไม่เสร็จฉันบอกเธอให้เปลี่ยนห้องทันที ตอบกลับรวดเร็วเป็นกันเอง พนักงานทําความสะอาดก็ให้การต้อนรับดีมากและจะโทรหาฉันถ้าฉันมีปัญหา ตัวสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเองก็สวยงาม! ห้องซาวน่าก็ดีที่สุด ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก เช่น แปรงสีฟัน แถมที่พักคนเดียวก็แพงมาก แนะนํา 2 คน~ ที่พัก (^^)

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Very clean, clear instructions for everything and nothing to complain

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
