Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ติดกับอาคาร สะดวกสบายมาก มีร้านอาหารและร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่แถวเดียวกับโรงแรม และยังมีถนนขายอาหารเล็กๆ อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนด้านหน้า ซึ่งสะดวกมากเช่นกัน

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Not easy to find the entrance of the hotel but other than that amazing bedroom, really good experiance overall

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, providing warm hospitality even though we couldn't communicate in Chinese. This place is budget-friendly, ensuring that we didn’t waste a penny. The amenities provided, such as paper tissues, toothbrushes, towels, and drinking water, added great value to our stay. The bed was extra cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, the photos posted online accurately reflect the apartment's reality. Conveniently located just across from Jiyuqiao Metro Station, this apartment is ideal for travelers seeking an affordable and comfortable place to stay. It is also near small stores like Lawson, fruit stands, and other convenient stores. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option! A metro away, you can reach any nearby tourist spots like yellow crane tower, hubu lane to yangtze river bridge, and Mixc Mall.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้ใกล้กับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากนัก แต่ใต้อพาร์ตเมนต์มีห้างสรรพสินค้าและสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องสภาพอากาศและสามารถเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมมีห้องออกกำลังกายเต็มรูปแบบ โต๊ะปิงปอง (พ่อแม่ของฉันชอบมาก) และห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าสำหรับผู้หญิง มีอ่างจากุซซี่ขนาดใหญ่ (ซึ่งไม่ได้เปิดให้บริการในฤดูหนาว ซึ่งน่าเสียดาย!) รวมถึงห้องอบไอน้ำและซาวน่า หากต้องการใช้บริการ คุณต้องแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับล่วงหน้า 30 นาทีเพื่อให้พนักงานเปิดใช้งาน ห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเย็นและไม่มีน้ำอุ่นสำหรับอาบน้ำ (ซึ่งควรปรับปรุง) อาหารเช้ามีซาลาเปาจีนหลากหลายชนิดและอาหารร้อน เหมาะสำหรับคนจีน/เอเชียมากกว่า หากสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี พนักงานจะจัดส่งอาหารให้คุณด้วยหุ่นยนต์ น่าประทับใจมาก! อพาร์ตเมนต์ 3 ห้องนอนกว้างขวางมาก ฉันและครอบครัวชอบที่นี่มาก

พอใจมากกับประสบการณ์การเข้าพักครั้งนี้! โลเคชั่นของโรงแรมดีมาก เดินทางสะดวกมาก กินและช้อปปิ้งรอบๆ สะดวก สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมเงียบสงบและสง่างาม และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน เครื่องใช้ในบ้านและห้องน้ําใช้งานได้ดี เตียงนอนสบาย และความรู้สึกของการนอนหลับที่ดี สุขาภิบาลทําได้ดี ห้องพักสะอาด ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลก ๆ และรายละเอียดได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี พนักงานอบอุ่นและมีน้ําใจ ประสิทธิภาพการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาต์สูง และตอบสนองต่อปัญหาได้ทันท่วงที ราคาโดยรวมสูงมาก อยู่สบาย สบาย คราวหน้าจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้ แนะนําให้ทุกคนมาพัก!

A great stay with clean room that comes with WASHING MACHINE+ DETERGENT👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, water kettle,medium size fridge 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼(not like the usual mini bar in most hotel) a big screen projector for media watching(but all in Chinese😅 -get your translator app ready). Super FRIENDLY & HELPFUL staff(Shuwen & aunty Cheng(Cheng Ah yii) even sent us off on our day of departure.. making our stay a truly memorable one. Would 200% recommend this place for those attending an event in or near Stadium Wuhan sport center or those who plans to visit the area nearby. A great & memorable stay for me & daughter. Thanx BO AN hotel(Shuwen & Cheng Ah yii especially)
