Pretty basic battlefield
This is not a huge battle and therefore a lot of effort was not put into making it an elaborate production with Visitor's Center, film, etc. However, it is nicely done with some signage along the walk...
Easy to explore the battlefield. Sherman's Campaign on Atlanya
This site is a must if you are interested in the Campaign against Atlanta in 1864. There are walking paths and interpretive signs that tell the story of the clash in the Spring of 1864,
This was a great re enactment of the Battle of Resaca on the Historic Battlefield of the original Battle of Resaca. This was very well done and a must see event.
It’s a historic SITE, not a park, so don’t expect there to be a ranger station, video or shop. It’s about a mile long trail with a few signs and spots to sit. Not much to see, but not too far from 75 ...
