Charming house, with some area for kids to play and a nice view on the hills. We really enjoyed the hot bath outside, it is super relaxing after an active day, and we also appreciated that we could use the kitchen and feel at home! Jinxia was very accomodating and helpful, she helped me book tickets for some attractions, gave me advice on restaurants and arranged a driver. One point to notice, it is not easy to get a didi there!
Good location. And could be an amazing hotel. The original design is very stylish but needs to be renewed. The swimming pool would be lovely if some of the tiles were not broken. Our favourite part was the communal area - could play pool, sofas and tables to chill at, very cosy. Lovely view from the balconies and the bathtub. Unfortunately the bathtub plug was broken. Would also recommend giving proper towels, as the single use ones are not enough if you’re using the pool as well.
We stayed in a villa with a stunning view of the mountains, truly a beautiful and peaceful location. The villa itself was well-designed and had a lot of charm, making it a memorable place to relax with friends.
However, from a service perspective, there were several small inconveniences that added up. You can't reach the villa directly by taxi, which made arrival and departure a bit complicated. There’s no on-site restaurant, and while food delivery is possible, you can’t have it brought directly to the villa, which is not ideal.
Inside the villa, we were a group of six, but found only a few pairs of slippers and not enough tea, basic amenities that should match the number of guests booked.
These oversights suggest a need for more attention to detail in guest preparation. Overall, a beautiful place that could become exceptional with a few service improvements, especially with the high level of competition around.
We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life.
The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed.
The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety.
Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for.
Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding.
I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
MMissBee2023Tucked up a mountain, perfect if you don’t want to venture too far out. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town.
The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough.
Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too

ผผู้เข้าพักWe cannot say enough good things about this property and the people that run it. So welcoming, so clean- the food was amazing- fresh and delicious. They always had food for us and we were never hungry. The noodles and the lamb and the fried rice and the wontons- better than I’ve had in Shanghai. They went out of their way to get us shrimp to boil. I don’t have pictures of all the food because it was so good and we ate it all. We did arts and crafts like candle making and making mooncakes for the holiday. They had a play room and a sandbox and the pool with toys in it. They even drove us to the clinic to check on my son’s stitches. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.
