Disrespectful staff and inflexible membership options

I found the staff in this gym to be very rude, disrespectful, I found it to be poorly managed with inflexible membership options. If I could give the gym less than 1/5 I would.

Five-star gym!

Love training at Dukes - super spacious and bright gym with high ceilings, plenty of equipment and great staff/trainers. 24/7 hours are a huge plus as well!

Fantastic gym

I really enjoyed my experience at Dukes Gym Richmond. The staff were really friendly and I loved all the equipment and space to work out. The price is so affordable as well.
