Tesise girişte resepsiyon karşılamasında gösterilen ilgi ve alaka seviyesi takdir edilir. Tesis genel olarak çok temiz, odalar hergün temizleniyor ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği ürün lezzetleri güzel. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlü yaklaşıyor, bu pozitif olanakların sunulması tesisi tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz rahatlığını sunuyor.

ห้องพักเยี่ยมมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบค่อนข้างแย่ แต่การบริการค่อนข้างดีและอาหารเช้าก็ดี!

Pelin A. Kahyaoglu, the navigator. Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

The rooms were clean and hotel is located in the Central place. The breakfast buffet was good.

Der Aufenthalt im Altin Yunus Hotel war großartig! Die Lage direkt am Meer bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick, und die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Besonders beeindruckend ist das Wellness-Angebot, einschließlich eines schönen Spas und mehreren Pools. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Buffet-Restaurant war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit vielen frischen und regionalen Speisen. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!
