Location wise it was pretty swell, staff was nice and it had a cozy vibe. On the other hand, the hygiene wasn’t top notch, especially the male bathroom. The male bathroom smelled like **** and showers did not even work. In unisex toilet, there was a cigarette smell as well. Inside the rooms, air was dry and it was scorching time to time. In general, for the fair pricing and location, I would recommend this place.

Onze kamer 318 was niet echt schoon. De haren van de vorige zaten nog in de badkuip aan de muur, en de spinnendraden aan het plafond. De welness was goed en schoon. Het restaurant was de bediening echt super! Het eten was oké

Tolles Hotel nah an der Autobahn. Service, Zimmer und Restaurant top. Sehr gut gewignet fü E-Auto-Fahrer.

Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization.

top wie immer, sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit herausragendem Restaurant. das alte Wasserschloss ist ein Besuch wert, ich bin regelmäßig hier

Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

NH Maastricht ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel. Doch die Zimmer waren sauber und schön gross. Das Personal war sehr freundlich . Unsere Klimaanlage ging am Anfang nicht. Nach kurzer Info an der Rezeption war der Techniker und hat Fehler behoben. Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Auto ist man in Paar Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

Bathroom bit outdated, suggest renovations. Toilet bowl needs a lid. Air conditioning should be standard. Nice and quiet area, free parking, didn't get to try the spa.
