My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay. Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus.

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบและที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับถนนบรากา ฉันรู้สึกประหลาดใจเพราะโรงแรมนี้มีห้องเด็กเล่น (ฟรี) ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และคาเฟ่สำหรับรับประทานอาหาร (สำหรับคนนอก) เตียงนอนสบายมากแม้ว่าห้องที่ฉันจองจะไม่ใหญ่มากนัก พนักงานสุภาพและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดีเมื่อฉันร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับไม้แขวนเสื้อ (ไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อในห้องของฉัน) พวกเขายังให้ไม้แขวนเสื้อเพิ่มในกรณีที่ฉันต้องการ แต่มี 2 สิ่งที่ฉันไม่ค่อยพอใจนัก: ห้องน้ำเต็มไปด้วยน้ำทุกครั้งที่เราอาบน้ำ และล็อบบี้ของโรงแรม (บริเวณรอ) ค่อนข้างร้อน บางทีฉันอาจจะพิจารณามาพักที่นี่อีกครั้งในอนาคต ขอบคุณมากสำหรับการต้อนรับของคุณ..

The location was great as very close to shopping mall. Good location for restaurants . Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air condition worked properly. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Cirebon .

Hotel ini cozy banget! Kamarnya luas dan bersih, viewnya juga cakep dari balkon — sejuk banget udara Bandung pegunungan di sini. Stafnya ramah semua, dari resepsionis sampai housekeeping. Check-in cepat dan mereka bantu banget pas tanya info sekitar

คุณภาพอาหารแย่มาก สั่งอาหารเย็นสําหรับรูมเซอร์วิส แต่อาหารกินไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าดีกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่มีที่ว่างสําหรับการปรับปรุงอย่างแน่นอน

Ini pengalaman saya menginap di Lembang Asri yang ke-5 kalinya 😁 Vibes alam nya yg menenangkan selalu mengundang untuk kembali. Taman yg Luas, Playground dan Pool sedikit hangat utk anak, cukup menjadi favorit. Hal yang kurang menyenangkan adalah Bagian Resto nya. Pliis deh setiap kesini Menu Breakfast selalu SAMA. benar 2 sama. Sy sampai hapal. Variasi dan Taste nya sangat kurang. Ditambah Attitude karyawan Resto kurang ramah. Kurang senyum, dan terkesan berlebihan dalam mengawasi tamu yg makan. Woi mbaa kita udh bayar additional charge utk anak2 yg gak murah ya 75K / anak dengan menu yg sangat simple. Mungkin bisa di training lagi utk Hospitality nya, dan Chef nya tolong buat Varian menu, biar tamu ga bosan. Untuk Front Office, Security, Helper semua oke dan ramah.

Makanan enak, tempat makannya bersih. Agak berisik karna sedng ada perbaikan ruangan. Mohon untuk resepsionis perempuan lebih ramah dalam melayani tamu. Mohon ada perubahan pelayanan dibagian resepsionis terutama untuk yg perempuan, agar lebih ramah kepada tamu.
