Good Hotel actually but located in a quite small narrow road access to get there, breakfast menu not many variations, taste is also standard, room size is good enough, overall is considered fine with the price offered

But if you are looking for view relaxing its good choice
Nice hotel wirh clasic european style. Although it is old hotel but it still well maintained. This hotel is suitable for pre wedding and wedding party.
The breakfast is very delicious and so many variety. Children and adult can enjoy the food.
Many photo spot can be taken but should use phone camera. Dslr camera is not allowed due to the hotel’s regulation.
When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!

HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!

JJaseSmith1970Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip to Bogor. Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.
RRichie BurnOverall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning.
