มีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีแม้กระทั่งตอนเที่ยงคืน! การสื่อสารดีมากและมาถึงเร็วมาก พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและสุภาพมาก ห้องพักสวยงาม สะอาดมาก (และฉันเป็นคนค่อนข้างจู้จี้!) พร้อมผ้าปูที่นอนซักใหม่ ห้องน้ำกว้างขวางพร้อมฝักบัวน้ำอุ่นที่ดีเยี่ยม สถานที่เงียบสงบมากแม้จะอยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก ไม่มีอะไรจะติเลย การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เป็นไปในเชิงบวก 100% และฉันขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง รถรับส่งกลับไปสนามบินตรงเวลาและแม้จะมีคนจำนวนมาก แต่ก็รวดเร็วและเราถึงสนามบินในเวลาเพียงห้านาที

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

ห้องพักสะอาดและเรียบร้อยมาก พนักงานโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ที่ตั้งโรงแรมและที่จอดรถอยู่ใกล้แต่ผสมกับรถบรรทุก/โกดังขนาดกลาง ก่อนอื่นคุณอาจกังวลว่ารถบรรทุกเหล่านั้นจะทำให้รถของคุณเป็นรอย แต่โชคดีที่มันปลอดภัย

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สนามบินก็จริง แต่ดูเหมือนจะสร้างมานานแล้ว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า ถ้าจะพักแค่คืนเดียวเพื่อรอต่อเครื่องก็พอใช้ได้อยู่ครับ

Overall the hotel was favourable, more positive issues then negatives such as: 1. location good especially if ur into golfing, 2. breakfast was ok, very nice restaurant ambience 3. Easily accessible to chain restaurant as it’s connected to a mall But, having laid out the positives, here is the single most important issue that will make me avoid the hotel ( n i recommend u to avoid it too) unless the management changes its policy on energy saving. My 6day 5 nights stay were sleep deprived, as every night between 2-3am the hotel decides to reduce it’s air conditioning temperature which made sleeping unbearably hot, I woke up sweating all 4 nights except for 1 night(maybe because I was too exhausted or maybe they got fed up of my complaints) which I did incessantly ..the first nite I went to the lobby to complain to the duty manager,,and every nite after before retiring to the rooms 10.30/11pm, I would remind the duty manager the same thing..which they promised that they will inform the hotel engineers ..but it never worked..every night I’d be calling the duty manager n after 30minutes of still suffering in the heat,,I would go to the lobby and personally complaint..check ur damn cameras if the hotel mgmt thinks I’m making tis up…my stay was 19/7-24/7/26..it’s just so stupid to operate a hotel tis way…if u really want to save energy without disrupting the guests sleep…shut it at 5am, when it’s oredi super cold n most guest r also in the process of getting up!!! Please avoid this hotel if u feel sleep is important to u!!!

ล็อบบี้ดี แต่ตัวห้องพักเองดูเก่าไปมากแล้ว ก๊อกน้ำอ่างล้างหน้าแทบจะพัง มันขยับตลอดเวลาที่ใช้ แถมยังมีราดำๆ ขึ้นตามขอบด้วย ที่แขวนกระดาษชำระก็พังหมดเลย ฉันระวังตอนชงกาแฟนะ เพราะโต๊ะที่แขวนอยู่ข้างผนังมันเอียง ถ้าไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลย รับรองว่าไม่นานก็หลุดแน่ๆ แล้วก็ไม่มีเก้าอี้ให้นั่งดื่ม เลยต้องนั่งดื่มข้างเตียง แต่พนักงานก็บริการดี เป็นการพักสั้นๆ เลยถือว่าโอเคสำหรับโรงแรมใกล้สนามบิน แต่หวังว่าจะดีขึ้นบ้าง

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใกล้ร้านอาหารทั้งหมด พนักงานน่ารักและเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กแต่สะอาด อย่างไรก็ตาม แอร์ก็เย็นจัดและไม่มีวิธีควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ต้องนอนโดยสวมแจ็กเก็ตและหน้ากาก การนอนหลับไม่ดี พื้นที่เล็กถ้าคุณมีกระเป๋าเดินทางและไม่มีที่ว่างให้สวดมนต์

I flew from Bali to Jakarta. Apparently, I got food poisoning before the flight, I was vomiting, shivering, and dizzy. We checked into the hotel very quickly and an hour later I decided that I needed to go to the hospital. There was no thermometer in the hotel, but a receptionist named Rio Renaldi (I hope I wrote the name correctly) said that he will help me get to the car, take me to the hospital, explain my symptoms to the staff and take me back. This person is a real professional and an excellent worker who is ready to quickly take you to the hospital at 2 am and pick you up at 4 am. This person deserves a bonus. The security guards and other hotel staff were also understanding and helped in every possible way. Very pleased with the hotel
