JJerome Olivier CavinConforme à nos attentes pour un best western, et un très belle accueil en plus! Facile de se garer à côté (réservation du parking privé non effectuée 😅), un très beau séjour!
ผผู้เข้าพักOn that cold and dark winter evebing, we were gracefully helped by phone by the reception lady in order to reach the hotel located within the pedestrian corner of the city. A beautiful Maison de Maître serves as the Edgar hôtel. Check-in was swift and pleasant, and we had access to an elevator for our humougous suitcases. We entered a beautifully-decorated and warm bedroom, and were nicely advised by our receptionist on which restaurant would be open for dinner (winter Sunday night). Had a resting sleep and a tasty breakfast. Only good things to say, basically.
I want to emphasize here that we had a wheel chair accessible bedroom on the 1st floor (the hotel has 3), which I found interesting. The bathroom was all planned for wheel chair access. In case anyone here needs this type of facility, you can book Edgar hotel!
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe sleeping area was good, the mattress was comfortable, and I slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also provided a map and useful information about the Intra-Muros area.
However, several other aspects need improvement. The bathroom showerhead had mold, so I did not want to use it, and although the rain shower was acceptable, the water pressure was low. On windy days in Saint-Malo, it was impossible to enjoy a comfortable hot shower. The breakfast was average, and the hygiene was only fair; I saw flies landing on the food and honey. A kettle was provided, but the one in my room was rusty, so I was not comfortable using it.
Overall, I was disappointed. Considering it is a four-star hotel, I do not think it was worth the price.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe room had recently been painted, the smell of paint was pungent, parking good. The pool and facilities were not available with our booking, this was not clear and disappointed we could not use the pool unless paid as an off the street person. We declined to pay and spent time on the beach instead. Breakfast was paid for separately as well, a good choice of foods and good coffee. The breakfast dining room had a stunning view of Doureneze bay with a sailboat race for entertainment. On the whole a nice place but the rooms in the *** block across from the mail hotel are a bit to be desired, pay the extra and stay in the main hotel****.
NNA2026The Mercure Spa in Quiberon has real soul coastalchic design, soft blues and natural wood that make you feel instantly relaxed. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in, and the spa (Atlantic seawater treatments, pool with sea views, sauna) was pure bliss. Location is unbeatable: steps from the beach, with the wild coastal trails of the Côte Sauvage right nearby for gorgeous hikes. The restaurant served fresh, delicious local seafood, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout.
A perfect spot to unwind in Brittany 🤍
EEntienneThe Original City, Are Hôtel in Landerneau is an eco-friendly hotel, which means there is no air conditioning. The rooms are on the smaller side and the facilities are quite basic, but overall adequate for a short stay. On the positive side, the free jacuzzi and sauna session was a very enjoyable surprise and a nice way to relax. Service was good throughout, and the receptionist in particular was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a simple hotel with basic comfort, made better by the wellness facilities and pleasant service.
ผผู้เข้าพักHôtel Lovely and clean but ridiculous prices to use facilities or eat within hotel. Location convenient. Parking was not available to us though was on offer through hotel (but inconveniently fully booked)- hotel could have offered reimbursement.
Coffee pot in an inconvenient location of room and not cleaned. Temperature not adjustable from 18 downwards- only warmer.
Disappointed spa and pool were not included in very high price of room.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.
