The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

這次入住許昌三鼎華悦大酒店，體驗遠超預期，必須給五星好評！最想稱讚的就是無微不至的服務和無可挑剔的衞生狀況。 從踏入酒店開始，每一位工作人員都熱情親切。前台辦理入住高效流暢，工作人員面帶微笑，前廳小菅主動為我介紹了酒店設施和周邊的胖東來攻略、 一家優秀的酒店不僅在於硬件設施，更在於這種由內而外、體現在每個細節上的用心。無論是貼心的服務還是潔凈的環境，都值得大力推薦，下次來許昌絕對會再次選擇這裏！

Room very spacious and clean. Hotel decor is of old style maybe because it was built quite a while ago. Tried the heated swimming pool which was really nice with the outside temperature around zero degrees C. The breakfast was acceptable and staff was really helpful. Only little imperfection was the Fan coil unit have squeaky noise when at medium and high speed. at low speed was quiet, so the engineering department should up their effort to make the stay more perfect.

Замечательный отель. Персонал не просто гостеприимный, а по-настоящему дружелюбный и внимательный. Мы путешествовали на велосипедах, и для нас любезно разрешили оставить их на охраняемой парковке, что было большим плюсом. Завтраки разнообразные и сытные и очень вкусные. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем путешественникам! Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова.

Although the place is a bit outdated. We and our kids loved it. The hotel has its own hot spa bath in the room. And the spa hot spring with large swimming pool is 100 meters away. It needs extra payment though. The place is about 20 minutes from trainstation and 40 minutes from luoyang old town and 10 minutes from the grottoes. We liked the green environment. And staff was very helpfull.

Service is superB, they washed my clothes and was attentive to all my requests. I feel like this is the best cheapest hotel I ever stayed in. I hope hotel standards are like this, service quality is commendable. Room is huge, clean, cozy and spacious! I want to stay here again. The actual room is better than photo, this looks like a 4 star hotel
