Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng, không khí trong lành, nhiều cảnh đẹp thiên nhiên. Đặc biệt nhân viên phục vụ tại sảnh khách sạn rất niềm nở và nhiệt tình, mình quên không mang sạc điện thoại và dung lượng pin còn 2%, trong khi đó mình cần phải dùng đt cho các hoạt động quan trọng của ngày hôm sau. Bạn Lan quầy lễ tân đã rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ cho mình mượn sạc điện thoại qua đêm. Mình rất hài lòng vì sự nhiệt tình của nhân viên ở đây

Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. The rooms and shophouse units are bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Many units feature private mineral tubs right on the balcony, allowing you to soak in the healing waters while enjoying the fresh air in total privacy.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเล็กๆ ที่มีสถาปัตยกรรมแบบเยอรมันอัลไพน์ บรรยากาศอบอุ่นและหรูหรา การตกแต่งภายในโรงแรมและห้องพักเป็นสไตล์ยุโรป ทุกมุมของโรงแรมสามารถถ่ายรูปออกมาได้เหมือนอยู่ในเทพนิยาย และภายนอกโรงแรมก็มีทะเลหมอก พระอาทิตย์ตกดิน และปราสาทที่สร้างสรรค์เป็นภาพทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม โรงแรมส่วนใหญ่จะต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่น ไม่ค่อยมีชาวต่างชาติเข้าพัก ดังนั้นพนักงานต้อนรับจึงไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ ข้อเสียของโรงแรมคือ หนึ่ง อาหารเช้าธรรมดา มีอาหารไม่มากนัก สอง ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมมีบริการอาหาร แต่รสชาติอาหารไม่ค่อยอร่อยเท่าไหร่ (อาจจะไม่ถูกปากคนในท้องถิ่น) และร้านอาหารไม่มีบริการน้ำชาฟรี ถ้าคุณขอน้ำเปล่าก็ต้องเสียเงิน สาม การเก็บเสียงของห้องพักแย่มาก! เหมือนมีคนคุยกันในห้องของคุณเลย บางห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็น เราต้องเปลี่ยนห้องหนึ่งครั้ง

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

Место хорошее, есть озеро и каяки, велосипеды (входит в стоимость номера). Номер у меня был с видом на бассейн и немного горы, ночью тихо. Завтрак замечательный, приготовили самый нежный омлет) местоположение также удобное: на главной улице. Меня из автобуса высадили прям около отеля и в пешей доступности есть рынок и кафе.
