My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

Basic hotel for a very good price. Limited breakfast included. It appears there is some renovation going on at this time.

ฉันเหนื่อยมากจากเที่ยวบิน 13 ชั่วโมงเมื่อฉันไปถึง ATL นั่งรถรับส่งไปยังอาคารผู้โดยสารในประเทศที่รถรับส่งของโรงแรม คนขับพาฉันไปที่โรงแรมที่เหมาะสม (เห็นได้ชัดว่ามีโรงแรมฮอลิเดย์อินน์หลายแห่งใกล้สนามบิน) ห้องของฉันสวยจริงๆ เตียงนุ่มและมีกลิ่นสดชื่น อาหารเช้าก็ดีเหมือนกัน พนักงานใจดีและเป็นมิตรจริงๆ ฉันจะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับเพื่อนของฉัน

Insgesamt ok. Personal beim Frühstück ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung ist nicht jeden Tag und man muss aktiv werden, wenn Handtücher fehlen oder Duschgel leer ist. Poolbereich könnte schöner gemacht werden. Ich empfinde die Temperatur im Hotel zu kühl, im Frühstücksaal unbedingt lange Hose + Pulli anziehen. Die Zimmern sind geräumig, könnten aber etwas heller gemacht werden oder draußen die Bäume weggemacht werden.

We really appreciated the proximity to the airport and the quick shuttle ride (only 5 minutes to/from the domestic terminal and runs every half hour). The downside of the location is that it's not near anything other than the airport, including restaurants, so you're kind of stuck if you don't have your own car. The facilities are excellent with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and nice dining area for breakfast. The room was clean enough, but not exactly sparkling. Because of the convenience, we would definitely stay here again if we need a place close to the airport.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

The service was good. The food was good. The rooms were clean but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the lighting was dim. The pool was closed.

Friendly staff. Hotel is undergoing a renovation. Cheers
