โรงแรมออกแบบมาอย่างดีและมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานต้อนรับมักจะต่อคิวยาวเหยียด ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย และมีบริการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน โชคร้ายที่จู่ๆ ก็มีแมลงสาบโผล่ในห้องน้ำ... ทางโรงแรมควรจัดการปัญหาแมลงศัตรูพืชให้เรียบร้อย

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies

Stayed here for my bday weekend since everything I was doing was near by and I loved this hotel. Def would come back.

My second stay within a week and my experience are completely different: 1) front desk lady is kinda rude. 2) asking for parking fee which was included during my previous stay, exactly the same room type and conditions. 3) THE ROOM IS WAY TOO NOISY! I got the room at the end of the hall with facing the highway. The nonstop traffic and airplane overflying kept me awake for the entire night even I put the earplug in. I end up took the sleeping pill at 3am… unbelievable.

ห้องไม่ใหญ่ ค่อนข้างเล็ก! สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมของโรงแรมโอเค แต่ห้องเตียงแฝดสองห้องที่จองไว้เดิมมีสามคน ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทําไมฉันถึงเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องนอนใหญ่สองเมตร แล้วเพิ่มเตียงเดี่ยวสําหรับฉัน พื้นที่ห้องกลายเป็นแออัดมาก (สามคนนอน)! เช็คอินแต่เช้าแล้ว ฉันไม่เข้าใจเรื่องนี้มาก! ส่งผลต่ออารมณ์ของเราและลูกๆ อย่างจริงจัง ทําให้เราไม่สามารถพักผ่อนได้ดี!

The location was a bit tricky to get to from the highway. But the staff was kind and very welcoming. Breakfast was good.
