We had fully prepaid our one-night stay (almost €500) through Trip.com five months before arrival. At check-in, the hotel insisted that they had not received the payment, even though we showed our prepaid confirmation. I understand that issues between hotels and booking platforms can happen, but what was unacceptable was how the situation was handled. We were left waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes and were not allowed to check in or access our room until the payment issue was resolved. Eventually, we were forced to pay the full amount again, at a higher price than our original booking, simply because we had no other option. The duplicate payment was refunded a few days later after contacting Trip.com. What was even more surprising was that the staff told us this happens regularly with certain booking platforms. If they already know about this issue, they should have a better procedure instead of making guests pay twice and treating them as if they were trying to avoid payment. For a hotel in this price range, I expected a far more professional and customer-focused approach. The problem itself was unfortunate, but the way it was handled left a very poor impression.

Great pool. Rooms are spacious, good quality, clean. luxurious feeling. Rooms are situated aorund the pool which creates a lack of privacy.

Мы сделали просто миллион фотографий. Вечером приходили гиппо прямо на территорию отеля, служащие помогли их найти и сделать фотографии, это незабываемый опыт. Очень вкусная еда, просто восторг. при этом адекватные цены. Красивый дизайн отеля, удобные кровати, чисто и тихо, мы не закрывали двери на замок, доверились отелю)КАждый сотрудник сделал наше пребывание незабываемым, за что большое спасибо. ПО дороге к отелю видели стада слонов, буйволов, из бассейна было прикольно наблюдать за слонами и слушать гиппо. Отель- моя максимальная рекомендация

J'ai séjourné au Las Vegas Hotel de Mbarara et l'expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, on se sent vraiment les bienvenus dès l'arrivée. La chambre était propre et confortable, l'hôtel bien situé, et le tout à un prix très raisonnable. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Superbe petit déjeuner Je recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
