Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

It was a great hotel. It was within a 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff were all friendly and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was also great.

В целом неплохой отель, расположенный в центре старого города. Если у Вас с собой много багажа, то будьте готовы к тому, что такси не сможет подъехать непосредственно к отелю, так как улица на которой расположен отель является пешеходной. Пешком от ближайшей возможной остановки такси нужно будет идти около 50 метров. Завтрак по типу ”швецкий стол”. Комфортные матрасы и подушки. В ванной есть халаты и полотенце для ног. Душевая/туалет были чистыми с новой сантехникой. В номере также есть телевизор.

酒店設施很老舊，尤其是洗手間的通風系統，在洗手間的時候突然爆響，讓我措手不及🙀。 房間的基本沒有景色，因為和隔壁的樓間距很近，所以看到的是牆。其次酒店的早餐價格很不合理，15美刀一個人，自助餐得選擇很少，味道中規中矩。

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองและสะดวกสบายมาก อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี โดยเฉพาะเมนูแผนที่ไข่ และอาหารเย็นมื้อเดียวที่เรากินที่นั่นก็ยอดเยี่ยม ข้อเสีย : บริเวณนี้มีเสียงดังมากและห้อง (303) ตั้งอยู่ใต้ร้านอาหารบนชั้นดาดฟ้า จึงมีเสียงดังมากจนอย่างน้อย 23 ชั่วโมงและตั้งแต่ 6 โมงเช้า ถึงห้องน้ําจะสะอาดเราก็เจอคาเฟ่ 2 ตัว

เป็นโรงแรมที่น่ารักมากในราคาที่คุ้มค่าสุดๆ ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้กับย่านช้อปปิ้งที่มีตรอกซอกซอยคดเคี้ยว การตกแต่งภายในมีสไตล์โดดเด่นด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์วินเทจ และพนักงานก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีเยี่ยม!

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located to all Stone Town attractions. If there are any issues the front desk manager will do her best to rectify the situation. My only issue unfixable was the food or maybe It was the water they refill for the rooms. I recommend be on side of caution and drink only bottled water. Don't eat anything uncooked (salads juices made with ice etc.) And you won't spend most of your time in bathrooms.

Room, Balcony, View from the room and Restaurant is really nice. But only one thing they need to improve in their reception customer service. Room I signed when I check in and Room I really received was different. They changed the room without notice. I asked why they said it's same room inside. But it was totally different. Changed room has no privacy at all. We have to close the window during the stay. And I asked for late check out when I check in. They told me to check last day in the morning. In last day, I asked again for 2hrs late check out. They refused my request even didn't check the system. Just say NO. I am very disappointed with their attitude. And when I checked the site there were plenty room left. As everyone knows Zanzibar is the holiday place. Most of 5 star hotels in holiday place, they run check out time very flexible due to flight time. No deserve to have 5 stars in customer service.

酒店一看就是基於一個老房子而建，平心而論很有特色，白天在酒店中一些角落都很出片，但缺點也很明顯，首先屋內照明不足，特別是晚上就着昏暗的燈光感覺整體都很陳舊，看上去不夠乾淨衞生，但是考慮到價格還是比較划算

床單太差了，應該是腈綸或者化纖的，起球了。酒店服務員態度很好，前台效率有待提高，酒店位置不錯，附近很多酒店，不着急的話可以去附近找找。不值這個價格，跟北邊的酒店沒法比。
