We stayed for one night only. We booked a spar day which was great. Hotel staff was friendly. Room very clean. Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from

พอใจมาก เมื่อคืนพักผ่อนได้ดี! ในตอนเช้าฉันเดินออกจากระเบียงเพื่อชมท้องฟ้าสีครามและทะเล ฉันเกือบจะมองเห็นชายฝั่งอเมริกันอีกด้านหนึ่งของทะเล และรุ้งใน 2024 🌈 เต็มไปด้วยความหวังและความไว้วางใจต่ออนาคต!

ห้องพักมีขนาดกว้างขวางมาก มีเสน่ห์แห่งยุค 80 น่าเสียดายที่ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่ใช่โรงแรมระดับ 3 ดาวที่คุณคาดหวัง ฉันนอนบนหมอนในน้ำผลไม้ของฉันและตื่นขึ้นมาด้วยอาการปวดคอในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทำไมยังมีโรงแรมที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำและม่านอาบน้ำอยู่ แน่นอนเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน (CORONA) การบริการมีจำกัด แต่อาหารเช้าสามารถแก้ไขได้อยู่ดี

Hotel com excelentes quartos, a comida é ótima e o atendimento muito bom, em especial jovens muito atenciosos, tais como na recepção: Joana e Bárbara. No restaurante: Beatriz, Daniela, Bruno e Paulo. Tive a oportunidade de conversar com eles e sempre muito prestáveis. O Hotel tem um ótimo SPA, perde apenas por ficar no exterior e pela falta de ginásio. Outra coisa que achei bom foi o WC, com chuveiro e muito moderno.

早餐不錯，房間和衞生間面積比較大，有陽台比較方便，陽光充足，環境比較安靜，房間隔音不太好，地理位置不太方便

A grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell. I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

Fabuloso. Serviço e staff impecáveis, spa com piscina muito boa e aquecida. Sauna e jacuzzi incluídos no spa. O spa era de entrada livre para os hóspedes. Jantámos no restaurante do hotel e o chef merece uma estrela Michelin, no mínimo. Foi simplesmente divinal. O pequeno-almoço foi também muito bom. Que experiência imperdível, sentimo-nos como se tivéssemos usufruído de serviço de primeira classe nos anos 20. Todo o ambiente faz com que o hóspede se sinta numa viagem do tempo com todo o luxo. Os quartos são modernos e confortáveis. Já estive em muitas pousadas, mas estive num sítio assim que cumprisse todos os requisitos e que desse esta sensação de luxo perdido. Uma jóia por (re)encontrar. O melhor hotel histórico de Portugal. Voltarei muito em breve de certeza, pois não há nenhum outro palácio hotel ou pousada que se assemelhe a este.
