Przemiła obsługa od początku czułem się bardzo milo i sympatycznie po podrozy . Śniadanie bardzo dobre cisza spokój i jeszcze raz podkreślę tak miłej obsługi nie spotyka się na codzień jest to bardzo duży i bezcenny plus i do tego miejsce w górach pozdrawiam i dziekuje

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

Хорошие номера. Чисто. Хорошая новая спа зона, но бассейн маленький и если много людей, то развернуться негде.
Самым большим разочарованием были завтраки. Все какое-то не свежее. Кофе натуральный но на твердую троечку. Цены на питание - Космос! Заказал бургер: мне принесли его с деревянной котлетой…
Если не обращать внимание на еду в отеле, то можно хорошо отдохнуть!

The breakfast was the best , highly recommended! If you would chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - not recommended at all , full and the working time isn’t convenient , location is great , trams are close

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

BBiljana LukićHotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town. Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip. Usually we do not have space for this kind of cosmetics so it is helpful when you get it in the hotel.

HHazeline56A 5 star hotel with no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, about 7 to 10 minutes walk from Zakopane train station. Grand lobby and spacious hotel room. Definitely recommended to stay.
