SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it feels like a 4-star property from the 1980s that hasn’t been renovated in decades.
From the outside, the hotel looks fine, but the rooms are very outdated, likely from the 80s or 90s. I checked three different rooms, and all had the same issues. In rooms with bathtubs, the glass panels were damaged and caused water to spill onto the floor during showers. Some rooms also had an unpleasant smell.
The furniture is old and in poor condition. Paint is peeling off the doors, bedside lamps are loose, and some power outlets are coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall, the rooms clearly need maintenance and renovation.
The swimming pool is okay, small but suitable for kids. However, the water could be warmer.
One positive aspect is the breakfast, which was good and enjoyable.
The hotel is located on the edge of Krakow. You need to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach a bus that goes directly to the city center (around a 15-minute ride). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but it does not connect directly to the city, so the claim of convenient transport nearby is misleading.
The reception staff were friendly, but they couldn’t really help with the room issues. Even a technician confirmed that the problems exist in all rooms and cannot be fixed. The solution offered was simply to provide extra towels to soak up the water from the shower, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best. Even at a reduced price similar to 2 and 3-star hotels in Krakow, it is not worth staying here.

SSiraI stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

GGhofran TaherWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a billiards area, a gym, and a playroom for children, which made the stay enjoyable for both adults and kids.
We also really appreciated the availability of drinking water stations on every floor. In the lobby, there was also regular water and detox water available, which was a very nice touch.
The restaurant offers a good variety of food options. However, there was one issue with our breakfast order: we ordered a vegetable omelet, but it was served with ham mixed in with the vegetables. Since we specifically ordered a vegetable omelet, we believe the ham should not have been included unless requested or clearly mentioned on the menu.
The only major downside for us was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to the standard we expected and could definitely be improved.
Overall, the hotel has many wonderful features and great facilities, but improving the cleanliness and paying more attention to special food orders would make the experience even better.

ผผู้เข้าพักI absolutely loved the location of thí hotel, easily a 10/10. Only about 500 meters to Rynek Square, 5 minutes to the main train station, metro, and Galeria Krakowska. Right across the street are KFC, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient.
The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience.
My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool.
I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again.
