Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

Dont expect a view, l asked for one and was told that we hadnt been given one. We were on level 3. The facilities are limited- pool is on the smaller side and needs tile repair. Room is dated no smart TV's you have to ask for a chrome cast unit and they dont have many to give out. Parking is 50.00 a night off site and it takes a while for the car to be brought back so ask ahead of time. They charge you any extras automatically without waiting for you to check out ie- l was charged 200.00 for a roll away bed but it wasn't attached to my room. It was my card that was on the bond, so l was automatically charged. They should have charged it on departure then it could have been charged to the right card. Location is great and the main bonus of being her and the buffet breakfast is well worth it is they are also serving a hot buffet.

Another excellent stay at this lovely hotel. We had pre booked parking, which meant our car was safe. The room was excellent with very comfortable bed. We also used the restaurant & had a lovely meal, with very good service. Also very good breakfast before we left too.

เราพัก 1 คืน สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ดี เช่น สระว่ายน้ํา สปา ร้านอาหาร แต่บางสิ่งต้องปรับปรุงเพื่อให้ถึง 4 ดาวตามที่ระบุไว้ ห้องของเราสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย แต่ไฟบางดวงที่เปิดบนเพดานดับ อ่างในห้องน้ําแตกมาก เราทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหาร ฉันสั่งพิซซ่าซึ่งแป้งสุกเล็กน้อย ไม่กรอบ เลอะเทอะ กรองกาแฟตอนอาหารเช้า ซึ่งรวมไปด้วยชาที่อ่อนแอ แต่คุณจะได้รับเงินเพิ่มสําหรับกาแฟมากกว่า $30 คุณจ่ายค่าบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าแล้ว เคยพักที่นี่มาก่อนแต่คิดว่าต้องปรับปรุงอีกมากเพราะมันลดลงค่อนข้างน้อย

โรงแรมมีทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และสภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงาม 1. เมื่อออกจากโรงแรม ตรงไปทางซ้ายแล้วข้ามถนนไปริมทะเล 2. เมื่อออกจากโรงแรมแล้วให้เลี้ยวขวาแล้วข้ามถนนไปจะเห็นป้ายสถานีกระเช้าไฟฟ้าโมโนเรล ขึ้นกระเช้าไปจนสุดภูเขา จะพบพิพิธภัณฑ์กระเช้าลอยฟ้า สวนพฤกษศาสตร์ หอดูดาวและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่น ๆ คุณสามารถมองเห็นวิวเมืองได้แบบพาโนรามา! สวย!

The room is very tidy and big, even there is no parking available but the staff showed me a free space along the road to park overnight. There is even washing machine which surprised me and it was working well. The breakfast is good but price is 35 nzd not 19 mentioned in the trip site. I booked the room reading others' comment about the breakfast but to be honest the types of food is not so much and didnt meet my expectations.

โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งไปและกลับจากสนามบิน รถบัสมีโลโก้ของตัวเอง เรามาถึงทางออกสนามบินแล้วถามเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าพนักงานช่วยติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมให้มารับเราด้วยรถยนต์และในที่สุดก็ขับรถพาเราไปที่สนามบิน ตอนแรกฉันคิดว่ามันไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่แต่สุดท้ายฉันก็พอใจกับห้องพักมากมีสวนเล็กๆและสระว่ายน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีไฟในห้องโถง ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือมีรถประจำทางอยู่ใกล้ๆ เพื่อเข้าเมือง เยี่ยมชม Cuba Street เป็นต้น แค่ทำอาหารไม่ได้

outdoor pool, hotel has netflix account on tv so you can start watching immediately. comfy bed. clean and about 10 min walk to big supermarket and restaurants. very chill. gas station across the road
