Very good hotel. It’s not close to airport, but the distance is not that long (by taxi). Ordered taxi using airport wi-fi, payed by cash. Very nice receptionists. Clean room, pool on the roof with a nice view. There were not many people (in July). We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem to check in and there is a shop nearby which works at night. There are also some cafes and bars around. Beach is very close, you can go by walk. There are also restaurants and bars on the way. 100% good choice even if you stay for 2 nights.
Brilliant hotel, can’t fault it at all. Loads of shop and places to eat in the mall. We got free tickets to the theme park and water park, while both were not massive the kids had a great time. Worth noting that even though the tickets were free you will send up spending money 🤣🤣 for the theme pack you are only aloud on 3 rides unless you upgrade. The water park you have to pay for everything. You have to rent life jackets regardless of age if you go to the wave pool. Even my self, 43 male extremely competent swimmer had to rent one. All seats are paid for as well. Anyway though we love it’s there and the hotel roof pool was brilliant. We actually tried to book an extra night but they were fully booked. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice however even though we booked as a family of 4 the children do not get breakfast so that cost around £25 a day. Loverly food though
We chose this hotel due to its location close to Seongsan Ilchulbong which turned out to be its only advantage. The outdoor swimming pool is useless since it’s right in front of a cafe and all the visitors observe the pool while having a meal, so there was no one swimming in the pool because it feels too awkward. There is no actual lobby where one can stay in case of arriving before check-in time, there’s only a small room with a reception desk which is usually no one at. So far I came to the lobby 4 times and there was no staff around. At 3 a.m. due to the rain, our room was powered off. We didn’t have any light or electricity even to charge our phones. In the morning I visited the lobby room several times, again there was no one to help. When I tried to contact the property, no one replied my calls. The service is terrible. To sum up, location and a hot tub are advantageous. Otherwise, I do not recommend this place.
AAKI WONGIt is pretty close to the airport and very convenient.
I was a bit disappointed only for the helper at the check in counter that I asked for help to reserve a taxi for my super early flight but seems he didn’t really understand what I need and direct me away from the counter.
KKesavan (K7)I stayed one night at Jeju Ollero, but it felt like three days of pure relaxation. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic promenade.
The lounge window offers stunning views of the calm, deep-blue ocean, and the coffee shop next door was the perfect spot to soak in the ambience. Even more interesting for me as a royalist was to be greeted by Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia. 🥰
Mr. Yun and his family were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed me a late checkout at a small cost. I highly recommend this homestay and will definitely return on my next visit to Jeju.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat stay for families visiting Jeju Shinhwa World. The hotel’s direct proximity to the theme park is a huge plus and made it very convenient with a young child.
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, we received a complimentary upgrade to a Premium King Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family. We also appreciated the free tickets to Shinhwa World Theme Park, which added great value to our stay.
Overall service and facilities were good, and the hotel felt family-friendly and well maintained.
The only downside is the absence of self-service laundry, which would be useful for families, especially on longer stays.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to families planning to visit the theme park.
TTravellingmamaThe room I booked has a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful sea view. The decor has old European style to it. Pretty romantic. The room is a bit small but is clean and well maintained. There a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance and I can continue to enjoy the sea view while eating my meals or drinks.
KKarina_kkDisadvantages: It takes around 10-20 mins walk uphill to a bus station, which is a bit tiring on hot days. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, but many of them are closed, so the choice is very limited.
Advantages: Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot. We stayed in the main building, and were lucky to be on the first floor with a direct entrance to the pool. There is one indoors pool and two outdoors as well as a hot tub. The breakfast choice is not very wide, but it perfectly matched our taste and we loved it. The staff is nice and helpful. We would like to return to this hotel next time.
