The house Leifsstadir is located in the outskirts of Akureyri at the easter hillside of the Eyafjord. The 60 m2 living room and kitchen offers an unrestricted view of the fjord. The 6 m2 hot tub is situated under the roof and allows relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views. It is in a nice old very quiet neighborhood we have a lovely comfy apartment, within a 5 minute walking from the center of town, the swimming pool or the mall.The apartment has one bedroom with a new queen size bed and a one man bed. And the living room has a big sofa that comfortably sleeps two persons. Fully equipped kitchen.
