This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. A wonderful experiance, only issue was with the wine list and availability. Cashier forget to credit me the 25,000 pre payment I had made on arrival untill reminded. Very poor for a 5 star hotel

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always give tips at end because you reward people who do well. The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced.

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
