The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms were lovely with cot (with mattress). Lovely selection for breakfast. Bring you swimming togs and make sure you book the swimming pool, great to get a dip in the pool. ( need pool hats) Jurassic Park is a great addition and you have free access as a hotel resident. You need to pay to visit santa and we ended up paying full access fee which was disappointing when told we we initially thought the access was free. You get a lovely santa experience and free access to the bounce world with paid santa experience.

โรงแรมที่ดีจริง ๆ และพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรมาก การเช็คอินหลัง 15.00 น. ไม่ค่อยดีนักและห้องออกกำลังกายและสระว่ายน้ำเก่า แต่โดยทั่วไปแล้วใช้งานได้ดี ตรงข้ามที่จอดรถได้ส่วนลดสะดวกมาก

這個酒店我們很晚才到，進了房間非常讓人感到驚艷，訂的是套房，但沒想到這麼好；房間非常大，尤其是餐廳加客廳特別寬敞；尤其是酒櫃做成鋼琴的形式，挺有新意👏；卧室也很舒服，有二個洗手間，非常方便，也非常乾淨；早上起來發現酒店很大，很漂亮，在酒店拍了好多張照片；可惜下雨沒法到花園逛，衹能透過窗户看着美麗的花園。早餐也不錯，標準的英式早餐；值得住二天在酒店裡到處坐坐，喝喝英式下午茶，一定會很享受。

Wat een heerlijke hotel. Locatie prachtig en faciliteiten top. Mooie restaurants. Heerlijk groot zwembad en fijne kamer. De details kloppen. Vloerverwarming bijvoorbeeld. Zeker aanrader.
