เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่ Ensana Nové Lázn sént sént的国家 และโดยรวมแล้วมีประสบการณ์ในเชิงบวกมาก ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นสวยงามและมีเสน่ห์ทางประวัติศาสตร์มากมาย เราชอบพื้นที่สปาเป็นพิเศษและอ่างอาบน้ําโรมันเก่าเป็นไฮไลท์ที่แท้จริงและเป็นคุณสมบัติพิเศษของโรงแรม ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเราพบว่าน้ําในสระค่อนข้างเย็น มันจะผ่อนคลายกว่านี้มากถ้าอุณหภูมิของน้ําอุ่นขึ้นเล็กน้อย ห้องของเราสวยมาก สะดวกสบาย และที่สําคัญเงียบมาก ซึ่งเรารู้สึกขอบคุณจริงๆ อาหารเช้าดีมีให้เลือกหลากหลายและหลากหลาย ด้านหนึ่งที่เราพบว่าน่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อยคือการจัดที่นั่ง แขกได้รับมอบหมายให้โต๊ะแทนที่จะเลือกนั่งได้ เมื่อเราถามว่าเราสามารถนั่งบนโต๊ะที่เงียบกว่าด้านข้างแทนที่จะอยู่ตรงกลางห้องน่าเสียดายที่มันนําไปสู่การอภิปรายก่อนที่เราจะได้รับอนุญาตให้ย้ายในที่สุด ความยืดหยุ่นมากขึ้นเล็กน้อยในเรื่องนี้จะทําให้ประสบการณ์อาหารเช้าน่าพอใจยิ่งขึ้น โดยรวมแล้วเราพักอย่างมีความสุขและชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก สภาพแวดล้อมทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่สวยงาม อ่างอาบน้ําโรมัน และห้องพักที่เงียบสงบและสะดวกสบายของเราเป็นไฮไลท์พิเศษ ด้วยการปรับปรุงเล็กน้อย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเกี่ยวกับอุณหภูมิของน้ําและความยืดหยุ่นในอาหารเช้า ประสบการณ์จะดีขึ้นยิ่งขึ้น

Sehr nette Leute bei der Rezeption, mir wurden alles Fragen beantwortet. Zum Parkplatz brauchte ich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß was gar kein Problem war. Wäre super wenn alle Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet wären damit man sich eben auch mal selbst ein warmes Getränk machen kann.

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

Overall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding. However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one. What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory. Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

One of best hotels is luxury with spa. The rich breakfast and dinner are offered with very incredible affordable price. The receptionists are very friendly. The location is super convenient. Highly recommended!

Großes Hotel, effizient organisiert. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Tolle Lage zwischen dem historischen Kurort und der modernen Fußgängerzone. Leider äußerlich eine Bausünde aus dem Sozialismus. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern, aber gepflegt, kein überflüssiger Firlefanz. Tolles Spa (2 Stunden pro Tag inkludiert und gegen geringes Geld unbegrenzt nutzbar). Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, erschwinglicher Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt, das lohnt sich sehr! Netter, unaufgeregter, fixer Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.
