Fantastischer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich – modern, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Massage war ein echtes Highlight: professionell, wohltuend und genau das Richtige, um abzuschalten. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist top – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen, mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Großes Hotel, effizient organisiert. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Tolle Lage zwischen dem historischen Kurort und der modernen Fußgängerzone. Leider äußerlich eine Bausünde aus dem Sozialismus. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern, aber gepflegt, kein überflüssiger Firlefanz. Tolles Spa (2 Stunden pro Tag inkludiert und gegen geringes Geld unbegrenzt nutzbar). Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, erschwinglicher Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt, das lohnt sich sehr! Netter, unaufgeregter, fixer Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Very good.
I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

คําทักทายก็ดี เมื่อเรามาถึงเวลา 15:00 น. เราเช็คอิน แล้วเมื่อเราเข้าไปในห้องก็พบว่ามันยังไม่พร้อมและต้องทําความสะอาด เราควรรอครึ่งชั่วโมงและฝากกระเป๋าไว้ที่หน้าห้องในห้องโถง🤔 ข้อแก้ตัวแห้งไม่ได้มาจากโรงแรม โดยทั่วไปแล้วปัญหาความสะอาดยังคงมีอากาศถ่ายเท: ผมในอาหาร แว่นตา และเสื้อโค้ทไม่สะอาดเพียงพอดังนั้นจึงยังคงเห็นแถบและไม้ หลังจากคืนที่ 2 ห้องของเราไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดระหว่างคืนแรก ฝักบัวในห้องซาวน่าต้องทําความสะอาดพื้นดิน
แต่เราเล่นกอล์ฟที่นั่นเป็นพิเศษและโรงงานก็ไม่ทําให้ผิดหวัง ระดับราคาและประสิทธิภาพนั้นยอดเยี่ยม

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Das Spa ist auch sehr gut. Es besteht aus 2 Saunen, einem Dampfbad und einem großen Pool sowie vielen Entspannungsliegen. Es ist super wenig los im Spa so dass man wirklich entspannen kann. Das Spa kostet zusätzlich täglich 12€ für nachmittags/abends und von 7-12 Uhr etwa 9€ pro Tag. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und es fehlt einem an nichts.

Sehr nette Leute bei der Rezeption, mir wurden alles Fragen beantwortet.
Zum Parkplatz brauchte ich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß was gar kein Problem war.
Wäre super wenn alle Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet wären damit man sich eben auch mal selbst ein warmes Getränk machen kann.

GGary0423The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe loved this hotel. The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby. There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed. The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good. I would definitely go back.

Eventhough that the hotel offered another room in a nearby hotel (which is less renovated than Corso), it takes us nearly an hour to negotiate, the staff is super helpful in this case but it was an unpleasant experience at all.

WWKEIt is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.

The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy
