ผผู้เข้าพักDas Ensana Nove Lazne in Marienbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt an den Kolonaden und am Kurpark. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns in deutsch verständigen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde teilweise ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig.
Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereinigt.
Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können.
Ganz toll fanden wir das historische Bad, die tägliche Nutzung (auch die 3 Saunen und die Whirlpools im Haus) ist im Preis inklusive.

ผผู้เข้าพักSehr nette Leute bei der Rezeption, mir wurden alles Fragen beantwortet.
Zum Parkplatz brauchte ich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß was gar kein Problem war.
Wäre super wenn alle Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet wären damit man sich eben auch mal selbst ein warmes Getränk machen kann.

ผผู้เข้าพักOverall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding.
However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one.
What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory.
Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

GGary0423The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

ผผู้เข้าพักGroßes Hotel, effizient organisiert. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Tolle Lage zwischen dem historischen Kurort und der modernen Fußgängerzone. Leider äußerlich eine Bausünde aus dem Sozialismus. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern, aber gepflegt, kein überflüssiger Firlefanz. Tolles Spa (2 Stunden pro Tag inkludiert und gegen geringes Geld unbegrenzt nutzbar). Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, erschwinglicher Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt, das lohnt sich sehr! Netter, unaufgeregter, fixer Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
