I had stayed at this hostal a few years and thought it was cheap and cheery then but I found it run down this time around, The rooms were not clean, there was no hot water, the rooms are not light or soundproof.

The place is really an amazing place. well caring staff members with a welcoming smile.l really felt at home beyond the boarders. The food was really amazing, especially in the morning.The environment is really accessible to a mall, which is a walkable distance.Protea team welldone #Protea hotel Cairo road.

Самое лучшее в этой гостинице - расположение. Буквально за забором парламента. Что означает относительное спокойствие, ночную тишину и круглосуточную безопасность. Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.

The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

트윈룸예약했는데 예약할때본 사진과는 다른룸을 받았습니다 근무하는 직원들과 로지의 오너는 친절하였지만 침대옆이나 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 화장실 입구의 하나뿐인 콘센트를 사용해야했고 에어콘, 냉장고가 있었지만 작동하지는 않았습니다 그래서 더운데 멀리있는 콘센트에 선풍기 틀고자야만했습니다 그리고 조식포함이고 룸서비스로 해준다고해 기대했는데, 9시에 가져다주는 조식이 블랙티하나에 쨈이나 버터하나 안바른 마른빵안에 후라이드에 한조각이 다였습니다ㅋㅋ

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there
