Very nice room, unfortunately we arrived at 11pm, receptionist could not speak English. We went to room, wanted room service, no menu. Back to reception, he also had no menu. After 10min he had a menu on his phone he gave us. Back at the room, called room service and resturaunt number, both did not work. No point in calling reception because he doesn’t speak English. Went to bed sad and hungry. Oh, they also did not put towels in our room so we had to dry ourselves with the dressing gown. The room was very nice though.

Gia đình mình mất 3 tiếng đợi để Trip và khách sạn xác nhận đặt phòng. Cảnh quan resort đẹp nhưng trang thiết bị đã xuống cấp. Phòng tắm tráng nước yếu, không có nước nóng, tất cả mọi người đều không tắm được, phải choàng áo về phòng.

โรงแรมสะดวกสบายและสะอาดมาก ใหม่เอี่ยม มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และพนักงานก็เป็นกันเองมาก แน่นอนว่าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง

The rooms and shophouse units are bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Many units feature private mineral tubs right on the balcony, allowing you to soak in the healing waters while enjoying the fresh air in total privacy.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่กลางเมืองตามดาว เดินทางค่อนข้างจะสะดวก ในห้องพัก สามารถมองเห็นปราสาทได้ชัดเจนจากห้องพัก เครื่องนอนดีใช้ได้ อาหารเช้าตามมาตรฐานไม่ดี ไม่แย่

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากจตุรัส อากาศดีหนาวเย็นอยู่ ไปช่วงต้นธค. ตอนถึงประมาณ 11 โมง เช็คอินกับคนแก่ เค้าให้เข้าได้เลย เพราะวันที่พักคนน้อย แต่คุยกันไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง คือจะให้เค้าจองรถไปฮานอยในวันถัดไป แต่เค้ากลับแค่โทรถามให้ รู้อีกทีคืนวันกลับนั่งรอแล้วไม่มีรถรับ ซึ่ววันกลับเจออีกคนที่หนุ่มกว่าพอคุยรู้เรื่อง เค้าเลยจองให้จริง ๆ ซึ่งทำให้ plan รวน เพราะตั้งใจจะกลับถึงฮานอยช่วงบ่าย ๆ กลายเป็นถึงค่ำเลยเพราะรถติดมากตอนถึงฮานอย แต่โดยรวมรร.ใช้ได้คุ่มค่ากับราคา ที่เที่ยวที่นี่ส่วนใหญ่เดินถึงหมด การเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์มีแต่แบบมีเกีย ไม่มีแบบออโต้ และราคาแพงมาก 250K-300K

โรงแรม Saigon Fusong โดยรวมนั้นยอดเยี่ยม ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม การคมนาคมโดยรอบสะดวก แหล่งช้อปปิ้งและรับประทานอาหารสะดวกมาก สภาพแวดล้อมภายในหรูหรา ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน และเครื่องนอนก็สบาย ทําให้ผู้คนได้พักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่ พนักงานอบอุ่นและเอาใจใส่ ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาต์รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีหลากหลายและหลากหลายและอร่อย ข้อเสียคือสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกบางอย่างค่อนข้างเชย แต่ไม่ส่งผลต่อประสบการณ์การเช็คอินโดยรวม เป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าและคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนํา

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.
