Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

The hotel is in a great location, very near the train station for access to the airport and Ephesus. My room was on a high floor with a nice view over the city. It was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped - perfect!

จองไว้เพื่อแวะพักระหว่างเดินทาง โรงแรมเล็กๆ ตกแต่งภายนอกน่ารักดี สำหรับราคานี้ก็ไม่รู้จะเรียกร้องอะไรอีกแล้ว ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่เจ้าของช่วยยกกระเป๋าเดินทาง และตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็มีของที่ระลึกเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ให้ด้วย

Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Excellent place with a lovely view of the harbour. Great to walk along the quayside with so many restaurants to choose from, including those on the little quay. Easy walk to the bazaar and tour companies had no issue collecting us front the front of the hotel.
