Great hotel, great location! The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were adequate for our needs. Shower pressure was one of the best we have had in a hotel, ever!! We used the bar for drinks, which was well priced and the lady behind the bar was great!! The only issue with the hotel is that they have a lot of school groups staying, with the guests being quite noisy running around, banging doors and talking loudly at all hours of the day.

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。 シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。 困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。 建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。 ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。 公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。 またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลสะดวก ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเพียงสองนาที และห่างจากย่านเมืองเก่าบัมบากันห้านาที ภายในอาคารสถานีมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านอาหารมากมาย รวมถึงร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่หน้าโรงแรม ทำให้การช้อปปิ้งและรับประทานอาหารเป็นเรื่องง่าย โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ มีเพียงบันไดเท่านั้น ทางเข้าเปิดโล่ง แต่มีเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับแบบเรียบง่ายซึ่งมีพนักงานคอยให้บริการตลอดเวลา เพื่อความปลอดภัยเพียงเล็กน้อย ประตูหน้าดูเหมือนจะล็อกในเวลากลางคืน และกุญแจห้องก็มีกุญแจให้ด้วย ห้องพักมีเตียง ทีวี ห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ ตู้เย็น ไดร์เป่าผม และพัดลม นอกจากนี้ยังมีอ่างล้างหน้า แต่ค่อนข้างเล็ก ทำให้ล้างหน้าลำบาก ฉันเคยไปพักเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคม ไม่มีปัญหาอะไรถ้าไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่อาจจะลำบากถ้าอากาศร้อนกว่านี้ ฉันได้ยินเสียงดังมาจากห้องข้างเคียงบ้าง ควรจะสันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าระบบเก็บเสียงไม่ค่อยดีนัก

เป็นโรงแรมพื้นฐานที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเรียบง่ายมาก อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟและเข้าถึงชานชาลาต่างๆ ได้ง่ายแม้ไม่ต้องผ่านโถงหลัก ห้องอาบน้ำของโรงแรมเสีย เล็กมาก แม้แต่การพลิกตัวในห้องอาบน้ำก็ยังลำบาก แต่ที่แย่ที่สุดคือหมอน ไม่รู้ว่าซื้อมาจากไหนและคิดว่าใครจะชอบ ถ้าคุณมีรถไฟตอนเช้าอาจจะเหมาะที่จะพัก (เพราะพวกเขาบอกว่าเป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัด) พนักงานต้อนรับให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตร

Super clean and located in a fantastic place! Staff was lovely, and the hostel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Bed mattress was one of the most fluffiest, and I was able to sleep very well! I’d definitely pick here if I were to re-visit Kraków!

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.
