Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

This is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it feels like a 4-star property from the 1980s that hasn’t been renovated in decades. From the outside, the hotel looks fine, but the rooms are very outdated, likely from the 80s or 90s. I checked three different rooms, and all had the same issues. In rooms with bathtubs, the glass panels were damaged and caused water to spill onto the floor during showers. Some rooms also had an unpleasant smell. The furniture is old and in poor condition. Paint is peeling off the doors, bedside lamps are loose, and some power outlets are coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall, the rooms clearly need maintenance and renovation. The swimming pool is okay, small but suitable for kids. However, the water could be warmer. One positive aspect is the breakfast, which was good and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the edge of Krakow. You need to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach a bus that goes directly to the city center (around a 15-minute ride). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but it does not connect directly to the city, so the claim of convenient transport nearby is misleading. The reception staff were friendly, but they couldn’t really help with the room issues. Even a technician confirmed that the problems exist in all rooms and cannot be fixed. The solution offered was simply to provide extra towels to soak up the water from the shower, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best. Even at a reduced price similar to 2 and 3-star hotels in Krakow, it is not worth staying here.

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is convenient by car or by bus, it's not too far from the city centre. The room is spacious, cleanness is fine, just some part of the carpet isn't flat (kinda like having the holes underneath). The breakfast is served in another building, Sunday morning at 9 is totally insane; there weren't many vacant seats and a lot of plates were empty and messy. In a word, It's hard to believe as a 4 star hotel.

Excellent, modern hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied, with items always replenished promptly when they ran out! There's a snack bar downstairs that was open even late at night. Another plus is that for a small extra fee (50 PLN) you can access the spa center with pools and saunas, shared with Doubletree by Hilton hotel. On the downside, the price is expensive, and the hotel is somewhat far from the city center. Sometimes we had to wait longer than usual for a taxi. However, if you prefer public transport, there's a tram nearby - 15 minutes and you're in the Old Town. Overall, an excellent choice for Krakow. I think we'll come back here again. ::: Отличный современный отель. Очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Еще из плюсов, что за небольшую доп.плату (50 злотых) можно посетить СПА-центр, с бассейнами и саунами, совместно с отелем Doubletree by Hilton. Из минусов, цена дороговата и то, что отель немного далековат от центра и бывало что приходилось подождать такси дольше обычного, но если вы предпочитаете передвигаться на общественном транспорте, то недалеко ходит трамвай — 15 минут, и вы в старом городе. В целом отличный вариант для Кракова. Думаю, что приедем сюда еще.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
