A very nice hotel clean, beautiful, and cozy, with a very convenient location. The bed is comfortable, there’s a kettle, and a pleasant carpet on the floor 🙂 Also, the 24-hour reception is a big plus, the staff are very polite and helpful, and you can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

とても素敵なホステルでした。 シャワーは共用ですが4つ個別になっているので、他の人に気を使いすぎなくて良かったです。毎日掃除していることがよく分かる、綺麗な部屋でした。写真や絵がいたるところに飾られていて、とても気に入りました。 ベッドはギシギシ言いましたが、他の同じくらいの価格帯のホステルも同じようなものだと思います。 一つ気になったのは、各ベッドに充電場所が無いことです。運が良ければコンセントの隣のベッドを使うことができますが、私は毎回2段ベッドから降りて充電しにいかなければなりませんでした。 それ以外は、良かったと思います。 有難うございました。

เป็นโรงแรมพื้นฐานที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเรียบง่ายมาก อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟและเข้าถึงชานชาลาต่างๆ ได้ง่ายแม้ไม่ต้องผ่านโถงหลัก ห้องอาบน้ำของโรงแรมเสีย เล็กมาก แม้แต่การพลิกตัวในห้องอาบน้ำก็ยังลำบาก แต่ที่แย่ที่สุดคือหมอน ไม่รู้ว่าซื้อมาจากไหนและคิดว่าใครจะชอบ ถ้าคุณมีรถไฟตอนเช้าอาจจะเหมาะที่จะพัก (เพราะพวกเขาบอกว่าเป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัด) พนักงานต้อนรับให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตร

We had a great stay at the Pollera. Many of the 4 or 5 star hotels we looked at were lovely but after some research we realised the Pollera was in an equally great location, maybe 1 to 2 minutes walk away from such hotels, but way cheaper! The hotel is in traditional Polish style which we really enjoyed. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept well and had zero issues. The staff were very helpful and kind too! We did not have breakfast at the property as we noticed there were many cafes and bakeries nearby and this worked better for us. As mentioned though, the location was the real draw! We were a 3 minute walk (if that) away from the main square and a similar walk away from what seemed to be the main high street. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the airport and cost us PLN 80 in an uber. Other than that journey, we were pretty much able to walk everywhere. Any trips we went on picked up from a location that was a 7 minute walk away too. Overall, a great hotel with traditional charm. Great value for money!

This hotel is a short walk (around 10 minutes or one tram stop) away from the train station. The hotel has a somewhat dated look, a striking near-brutalist aesthetic. The interior is slightly more modern, with a 90s vibe. Nothing is broken and it does the job. Frankly I found the location to price to performance ratio very good for a hotel booked on the day of staying there. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are large too!

距離機場大概20分鐘車程，就在國家博物館旁邊，走上城堡可以俯瞰整個克拉科夫，行路7分鐘就到老城區，不知道是否秋假的原因，晚上七點左右，非常多年輕人在跳舞，氣氛超好，就像中國的大媽廣場舞，換上年輕人勁歌熱門，非常歡迎遊客一齊參與。

Recomendado, una experiencia agradable. El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y bien cuidado. La ubicación es tranquila y cómoda, ideal para descansar, pero a la vez bien comunicada para moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda, un lugar recomendable para una estancia agradable.

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากจัตุรัสหลักเล็กน้อย แต่สามารถนั่งแท็กซี่ไปได้ไม่ไกล มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Lidl อยู่ใกล้ๆ โรงแรมสะอาดมาก มี WiFi ให้ใช้ พนักงานสุภาพมาก ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

Good location super close to central train station and the main bus station. Super clean. Lots of amenities provided which is quite rare in hotels in Europe. Definitely recommend.
