Hotel located at the city of Kuala Terengganu. Easy to access to nearly shop. Surrounding with almost familiar bank in town. Clean is superb. Room provided both fan & aircond. Can change to fan when it is too cold. Suitable family with child. Good job.

I always stay here whenever i come to Kuala Terengganu.. Comfortable and very satisfied with the environment.. Location wise. City centered. Easy to get food and the malls just walking distance.. Beautiful view..the sea and the drawbridge. Satisfied. Ive a pleasant stayed..

โรงแรมอยู่ในทําเลที่ดี รายล้อมไปด้วยแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง มีชายหาด (ผมไม่ได้มีโอกาสลงเล่นน้ําที่นั่น) ทางเดินชมวิวสวยๆ ยามเย็น ยามเย็นมีร้านอาหารจีน อาหารอร่อย ห้องมีขนาดเล็ก แต่มีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ อย่างไรก็ตาม ของเราก็มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะ ซึ่งเราไม่สามารถกําจัดได้แม้หลังจากเปิดหน้าต่างและพัดลมได้สองวัน ฝักบัวอาบน้ําดี มีเต้ารับ ชั้นวางผ้าเช็ดตัว และแรงดันน้ําที่ดี โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นการพักที่2-3-day ไม่มีเสียงรบกวนในตอนเย็นและอินเทอร์เน็ตก็ดี ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะกลิ่นในห้องคงสมบูรณ์แบบ

การเช็คอินเป็นเรื่องง่ายกับแอพ ห้องพักสะอาดและสวยงาม มี Wi-Fi ในห้อง ทีวีมีช่องหลายช่อง เนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ตรุษจีน ฉันมีความสุขมากที่ได้จองพร้อมอาหารเช้าเพราะร้านค้าหลายแห่งปิดทําการ อาหารเช้าก็จัดได้ดี มีที่จอดรถฟรีบนชั้น 6 สําหรับผู้เข้าพักของโรงแรม ข้อร้องเรียนเดียวของฉันคือโต๊ะเขียนไม่มีด้านบนที่ราบรื่น

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

Resorts World Kijal is a wonderful place to stay, especially for families with kids. The hotel is very kids-friendly with spacious surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best highlights is the easy access to the beach, which is clean, beautiful, and perfect for a morning walk or family time. The overall environment is calm and enjoyable, making it a great spot for a short getaway. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay with beach access.

The room is in a strategic location, close to the city with a sea view. The staff were helpful, but the mattress was quite old and you could feel the sagging springs. The bathroom was also not very clean, possibly due to its age, with a damaged door. The overall quality and maintenance need improvement.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.

Nice single queen bed room with window. Just that a bit cramped to use the chair of the table due to the bed.
