When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin.
Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial.
On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.
I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.

We stayed here for 4 days. Good for the price, however the amenities are very basic. We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival, and reception staff weren't very helpful, until I got Trip.com involved, and we were moved to a different room straight away. Kudos!
The room didn't have a fridge, so don't expect that when you go. You can borrow a wine cooler of ice from the bar, that's what we did.
Probably would stay here again, as it was so cheap.

What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service.
Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view.
The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent.
The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room.
To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes.
The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable.
To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there.

The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes.
The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold.
The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there.
But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe werden verrast door de vriendelijke ontvangst en de uitstraling/ opzet van het hotel. Nadat we onze prachtige kamer en groot balkon, heerlijk bed (we hebben uitstekend geslapen) en geen enkele last van buitengeluiden zijn we op verkenning gegaan. De restaurants verdienen qua ruimte, vriendelijkheid personeel en opzet een micheline ster. Het eten was zeer gevarieerd, ruime keuze en voor iedereenom te smullen. Daarna naar buiten. Het zwembad binnen 5 en buiten 7 sterren evenals de toegankelijkheid naar het strand.
De fitness ruimte was erg uitgebreid met moderne apparatuur. Klein minpuntje was wel dat apparaten welke het niet deden, niet (snel) gemaakt werden. Ander punt van aandacht is dat je net even iets verder moet lopen om op het deel van de boulevard te komen waar de bedrijvigheid is.
Samenvattend, wanneer men de prijs concurrerend weet te houden, is het zeker een plek om alleen, samen of met je gezin naar toe te gaan voor een kort of wat langer verblijf.

More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels
