Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel in Amman city centre. Very convenient. The service and everything was perfect. So happen there is a Christmas party on that night and we are invited to joined the party. Wine and bites. Perfect!

The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

I recently stayed at Conroy Hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is a standout feature, situated conveniently near major attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. It’s always reassuring to see such attention to detail, especially in common areas. The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. As for the facilities, while they may not be the most luxurious, they were adequate for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of essential services. In summary, Conroy Hotel offers a good balance of location, cleanliness, and service, making it a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort without breaking the bank. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman!
