รีสอร์ทนี้ดีมาก ๆ เลยค่ะ ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง และมีวิวที่ดีที่สุดในบรรดารีสอร์ททั้งหมดที่ Sumur Tiga พนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ 😊 ควรขึ้นเงินเดือนให้พนักงานต้อนรับด้วยนะคะ พวกเขาทำหน้าที่ได้ดีเยี่ยมมาก ๆ ในการบริการแขกทุกท่าน หมายเหตุ: (เลือกบังกะโลวิวทะเลหรือบังกะโลริมชายหาด) ถ้าอยากได้วิวที่ดีที่สุด ต้องยอมเสียห้องที่ไม่มีแอร์ แต่ถ้าอยากได้ห้องแอร์จริง ๆ ก็ต้องยอมเสียวิวที่ดีที่สุดไปเช่นกันค่ะ

Gassania Hostel เป็นที่พักที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักใน Banda Aceh ในช่วงวันหยุดของฉัน สถานที่แห่งนี้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบมาก พนักงานชื่อ Rahmat และ Nisa เป็นมิตรมาก ไม่มีลิฟต์ แต่รามาทช่วยขนกระเป๋าไปที่ห้องที่ชั้นหนึ่งระหว่างการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ ห้องพักสะดวกสบายพอและตอบสนองทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการในฐานะนักเดินทางคนเดียว โชคดีที่ไม่มีทีวี แต่ wifi เร็วมาก ห้องน้ําสะอาดสะอ้านแรงดันน้ําสําหรับฝักบัวดีมากและเครื่องฟอกอากาศภายในห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นที่ดี เตียงนอนสบายมากและเครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดี ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือห้องไม่เก็บเสียง คุณสามารถได้ยินแขกคนอื่น ๆ พูดคุยและเปิด / ปิดประตูดัง ที่ตั้งของเกสต์เฮาส์นี้เงียบมากและมืดไปหน่อยในเวลากลางคืน โดยรวมแล้วนี่เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีมากฉันพอใจมาก เมื่อใดก็ตามที่ฉันกลับไปที่ Banda Aceh ฉันจะอยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้ง แนะนํา!

Overall, I had a good stay at Kyriad Banda Aceh. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff provided nice and friendly service throughout my stay, making the experience pleasant and welcoming. The location was also convenient for getting around Banda Aceh. A good option for anyone looking for a clean hotel with good service.

Overall a good stay for 3 nights. Breakfast was good with a reasonable spread sufficient for us.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

จองโรงแรมนี้ในนาทีสุดท้ายหลังจากมาถึง Banda Aceh เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2023 ราคาสมเหตุสมผล เราได้รับห้องหมายเลข 333 แต่น่าเสียดายที่การเชื่อมต่อ wifi แย่เกินไป ไม่มีการเชื่อมต่อภายในห้องและเราต้องลงไปที่ล็อบบี้เพื่อเชื่อมต่อเท่านั้น แจ้งการชําระเงินและได้รับคําตอบไม่มีอะไรทํา หลังอาหารเย็นฉันบ่นกับพนักงานต้อนรับคนอื่นอีกครั้งเขาตอบสนองดีมากและช่วยให้เราเปลี่ยนห้องอื่นเป็น 355 การเชื่อมต่อ Wifi นั้นดีมาก ยังช่วยเราขนสัมภาระ เขาเป็นประโยชน์และดีมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกโดยรวมก็โอเค ขอแนะนําสําหรับแขกมุสลิม

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

พึงพอใจมาก โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้มัสยิด สะดวกสบาย สะอาด หาร้านอาหารได้ง่าย อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยและหลากหลาย ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมนี้อยู่ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญๆ เช่น มัสยิดไบตูร์เราะห์มาน พิพิธภัณฑ์สึนามิอาเจะห์ และทุ่งบลังปาดัง เดินไปสถานที่เหล่านี้ได้ง่าย การออกแบบโรงแรมตกแต่งสไตล์อาหรับ/อาหรับ ซึ่งให้บรรยากาศที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์และน่าสนใจ เลานจ์บนดาดฟ้ายังมองเห็นวิวเมืองได้อย่างชัดเจน อาหารเช้าและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานมีเพียงพอ อาหารเช้า (บุฟเฟต์) ของโรงแรมนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับการเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เช่น Wi-Fi ทีวีดาวเทียม/เคเบิล ชา/กาแฟในห้องพัก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและบริการดี ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและสะอาด

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.
