Best Western Carlton เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมสําหรับการเข้าพักหนึ่งหรือสองคืนขึ้นไป เตียงนอนสบายมากและห้องน้ํามีน้ําอุ่นก็เยี่ยม นอนพักผ่อนและเพลิดเพลินกับการพักผ่อนที่ได้รับรางวัล คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายและพนักงานยินดีต้อนรับเมื่อมาถึง ทําเลที่ตั้งดีและในพื้นที่ที่เงียบสงบของแบล็คพูล ร้านค้าและท่าเรือเหนือใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 ถึง 15 นาที

The Grand Hotel is north of North Pier and is a huge hotel with many rooms facing the sea, and a spa, pool and gym. We stayed there for 4 nights and walked everywhere (including to South Pier and the Pleasure Beach), so the location was good for us. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were spacious with an amazing view towards the Tower and North Pier. The pool, sauna, steam room were great, and cost only £2 per person. All staff we encountered were friendly. We would stay here again.

Clean room as always. Problem with key access but got there in the end. Always helpful staff

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

We visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

Nice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

A beautifully grand exterior and reception area greeted us. Tristan on reception was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and serviceable, although a little tired and in need of some upgrading, however, an iron and board were available in the wardrobe. We arrived back late after a concert, however, the bar was closed. The young man on night duty though was extremely helpful  and asked what we would like and it was brought through to us where we sat in the reception area. I’d definitely go back as we got the room for a ridiculously cheap price.

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.
