บอกตามตรงว่าถ้าฉันสามารถให้11/10 ฉันจะ ห้องพัก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก & ความสะอาดนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทิวทัศน์ของภูเขา / แม่น้ํานั้นงดงามและสถานที่ได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดีด้วยการแกะสลักไม้และสัมผัสที่ผสมผสานระหว่างการออกแบบจีนสมัยใหม่และแบบดั้งเดิม แต่สําหรับเราสิ่งที่ทําให้มันเหนือขอบจริงๆ คือความเป็นมิตร ความอบอุ่น และความช่วยเหลือของพนักงานที่เหนือกว่าจริงๆ ฉันไม่สามารถแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ได้เพียงพอ และจะเป็นหนึ่งในรายการของฉันถ้าฉันกลับมาที่เมืองหยางซั่ว ฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคน

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับ Shili Gallery อาจจะไม่ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นๆ แต่วิวจากห้องพักสวยมาก ล้อมรอบด้วยภูเขา และวิว 270 องศา และอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพก็สูงมาก เนื่องจากเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูท่องเที่ยว ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับจึงช่วยจัดห้องที่วิวดีขึ้น ก่อนเช็คอินฉันได้รับการติดต่อจากแม่บ้านซึ่งตอบคำถามต่างๆ ทางออนไลน์และช่วยฉันวางแผนเส้นทางการเดินทางซึ่งช่วยให้ฉันหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางอ้อมได้มาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีพื้นที่บริโภคที่ชั้น 1 ซึ่งคุณสามารถชงชาข้างไฟได้ คุณสามารถดื่มชาในสวนและเพลิดเพลินกับทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามเพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับการเดินทางที่สะดวกสบาย!

แม้ว่าเราจะพักเพียงคืนเดียวและจองไว้โดยไม่รวมอาหารเช้า (เพราะเราต้องออกเดินทางแต่เช้าตรู่ในวันถัดไป) แต่พนักงานโรงแรมก็ดูแลเราเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับใจดีอัพเกรดห้องให้เราฟรีและอนุญาตให้เราทานอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมได้โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่ายินดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม โดยเฉพาะสำหรับนักเดินทางที่ใช้รถไฟ โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟกุ้ยหลินมาก และเนื่องจากไม่มีรถไฟใต้ดินในกุ้ยหลิน ทำให้การเดินทางของเราสะดวกและง่ายขึ้นมาก ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน โรงแรมจัดเตรียมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดให้เรา การตกแต่งภายในทันสมัยแต่ให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่น ทำให้การเข้าพักผ่อนคลายแม้จะเป็นเวลาสั้นๆ โดยรวมแล้ว การบริการอบอุ่น เอาใจใส่ และเกินความคาดหมาย ฉันประทับใจในความใจดีและความยืดหยุ่นของพนักงานมาก ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่มาเยือนกุ้ยหลิน โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่ต้องการทำเลที่สะดวกใกล้สถานีรถไฟ

ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และสะดวกสบายค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมาก คอยดูแลตลอด มีผลไม้ให้ทุกวัน เดินทางสะดวกมาก ลงจากโรงแรมก็ถึงถนน West Street เลยค่ะ โรงแรมสะอาดมาก บริการดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางถนน West Street เลยค่ะ เงียบสงบมาก แถมยังอัปเกรดห้องให้ฟรีอีกด้วย สุดยอดเลยค่ะ ครั้งหน้าจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆ มาพักที่นี่แน่นอน มีที่จอดรถฟรีและบริการฝากสัมภาระฟรีด้วยนะคะ ดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้แม่น้ำอวี่หลง ทำเลที่ตั้งและสภาพแวดล้อมดีเยี่ยม เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการที่พักที่มีวิวสวยงาม แม้จะเป็นเกสต์เฮาส์แต่การบริการและการจัดการก็ยอดเยี่ยม สามารถเรียกใช้บริการรถรับส่งของโรงแรมเพื่อเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงได้ ล็อบบี้บาร์ของโรงแรมมองเห็นวิวทิวเขาที่สวยงาม เหมาะสำหรับการจิบกาแฟ ชา หรือนั่งเล่นพักผ่อน จากนั้นไปเดินเล่นบนสนามหญ้าของโรงแรมก็สบายใจ โรงแรมยังมีบริการถ่ายรูปสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวด้วย ต้องจองล่วงหน้า! อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีทั้งอาหารจีนและตะวันตกให้เลือกหลากหลายพอสมควร ในล็อบบี้มีชากับผลหล่อฮังก๊วยบริการฟรีตลอดทั้งวัน ห้องพักของโรงแรมกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีผลไม้ต้อนรับ และเครื่องดื่มในมินิบาร์ก็ฟรีทั้งหมด กลางคืนทางโรงแรมยังนำซุปบำรุงสุขภาพอร่อยๆ มาเสิร์ฟอีกด้วย โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักผ่อนที่น่าประทับใจมาก

”Extra-Large Bathtub” doesn't even begin to describe how incredibly large this bathtub was. It was more like a swimming pool. I was in heaven. I loved this hotel, the desk staff don't speak any English but they have these little ai-translation hand held devices (picture a dictaphone that translates) and are extremely helpful with a can-do attitude. I had some urgent documents I needed delivering and the staff were beyond helpful with that, I am very grateful to them. Also upon check-in they bumped me up to a suite (I didn't ask they were just being nice) and holy moly what a room. It was fabulous. The styling of this place is very old colonial palace vibes, I know they have some history displays up relating to the war but I didn't look into it, but it had a very classic airy vibe with traditional furniture and styling and I loved it. Some elements are a bit careworn and showing their age, but everything was immaculately clean. So, yes some elements like the carpeting may have seen better days but it's due to age rather than lack of attention, everything that mattered was sparkling. My shower could have fit about 5 people in there, and the bathtub another 6, so that was a real highlight, but the location was superb as well, it is on a private little resort island right next to the lake where the pagodas and bridges are. There is an easy access exit gate to the lakes, however I think it was run by the other hotel on the island because my key card didn't work late at night, however I must admit I had had a few and maybe wasn't the most able bodied reviewer in that moment. I recommend asking the staff because each night after the lake show with the performance and music lots of families were coming in that back way, so it's definitely possible I was just un-prepared. Regardless, even if you get locked out it's a short walk around to the other side of the island and the gatemen are very friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel although it is not technically run by the hotel which just means it closes slightly earlier (much later than anywhere in Europe still), and when I went in the staff were just sitting around so I wasn't sure if they were open, but when they saw me they sprang into life and actually the older ladies spoke quite a lot of English and were very chatty and friendly, and they also have an iPad with an English ordering app so it is a breeze eating there. The food was very high quality and delicious, it was more expensive than eating in town but I would not say over priced given how good it was. The bar in the hotel is also nice. You can get delivery food brought directly to your room which is also excellent. They don't have room service food but why would you bother when delivery is available. The hotel has a private drive way so getting picked up for excursions or Didi rides is so easy, and the area is beautifully quiet and there are lots of birds. It is very close to all the attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, which makes doing things (or retreating home due to the fearsome heat) very easy. I will warn you the hotel is nicely airy in the way old villas in Europe are, but because of that your air conditioning will never match that kind of incredible ice cold blast you might be familiar with in Hong Kong. Obviously, this is a very small problem when you can easily cool off in the mega-bath or mega-shower or just sit at a comfortable level of air conditioning, but if you are the kind of foreign traveller who is unaccustomed to the strong heat just be aware that this is a vintage place so you won't be able to whack the AC down to 15c and freeze yourself for relief. I really recommend this hotel, it was absolutely lovely. Oh also there is a lovely jovial old man who comes round in the evening to deliver you milk at bedtime every day, what a guy.

We stayed at New West Street International Hotel for total of 10 nights as we accompanied our child at a nearby Chinese school in the summer. This extended time gave us the opportunity to really got to experience the hotel facilities, the food, and the service.  First the location.The actual location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the actual West Street. To us, the distance is actually a good thing. Food, shops, and amenities at West Street are overly tailored for tourists. The hotel location is quiet and peaceful. Nearby are many local restaurants and shops that we much preferred. In fact, we found ourselves walking away from the West Street direction to get some great local foods everyday of our stay. That said, the hotel offers an excellent shuttle service beginning at 3:30pm until late at night if that's what you are into.  Second, the hotel building itself is in excellent condition. It appears many of the facilities and rooms were recently renovated. The lobby is open and airy and makes a comfortable gathering spot for us to meet our friends before heading out. The hotel sometimes accommodates tour groups. Even when we see as many as three tour buses parked in the back, the hotel does not feel congested nor noisy. The room itself is tastefully updated with a large flat screen TV, USB-C chargers, and automated curtains. The beds were comfortable and our balcony room faced a beautiful karst mountain and a nearby pond. The room appears to have great noisy insulation. We did not hear our neighbors like we did in other Chinese hotels. Third, the place is always clean. We see staff cleaning public areas all the time, wiping down handrails, elevator buttons, countertops. etc. As for our room, the home keeper always kept it clean and orderly. We had some problems with smell the first day. A housekeeper came and troubleshoot the problem to durian smell in the mini-fridge. Not only did she wipe it down, but even without us asking, the later came back with another mini-fridge to make sure no smell was left. That really made an impression on us. Next, the staff. Everyone we encountered was always friendly and greeted us. From the cleaning staff to the front desk reception to the restaurant waiters. Everyone was friendly. We can only speak limited mandarin but the staff still talked to us best they could in English. Rachel, the manager on site, was especially friendly to make sure we got everything we needed. She understands we were staying for an extended period of time so she was always asking what can be improved for our long stay. The hotel added us to WeChat where they respond quickly to all the typical requests like room service to sending us extra water. I wish more hotels do this.  Finally, the facilities. We used the laundry room daily. There are 5 washers and 3 dryers by my count. Most of the time, I can find an empty machine to wash my laundry. Mornings are best for doing laundry. After dinner time is the busiest time. We occasionally had to take out other people's laundry that were just sitting there but it's rare. The pool is large, warm, and clean. The shallow end is perfect for kids or just wading around. The deep end is 1.7M deep so it's plenty for actual swimming. We also used the on-site travel agent to book a private transfer to the Guilin high speed station. Rachel happened to be nearby when we did this and she helped with some translation with the agent and it was very appreciated. The restaurant was large and there was always space for us to sit even when there are large tour groups. It offers mainly Chinese options but also have some Western items. Food was abundant and delicious. The Guilin rice noodles in the back is tasty and the broth is excellent. The only thing is the coffee could be a little bit better! We loved our stay at the New West Street International Hotel and would not hesitate to go back next time we visit Yangshuo. 

Siamo stati benissimo al Riverview Hotel, l’hotel è nuovo e molto curato, la lobby spaziosa, confortevole e accogliente. La nostra camera era perfetta con piccolo balcone vista fiume e tutto lo spazio per poter sistemare le valigie. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi, cambiati ogni giorno. E poi il personale e il servizio perfetti. Con lo staff super disponibile e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta, in particolare Cindy, davvero premurosa e attenta a supportarci per le nostre richieste e bisogni. Sono venuti a prenderci al parcheggio dove ci aveva lasciato il taxi per aiutarci con i bagagli. Cindy ci ha aiutati a noleggiare gli e-scooter (che ci ha fatto consegnare direttamente in hotel), ci ha spiegato dove ritirare i biglietti per lo spettacolo Impression che avevamo acquistato online, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili perché potessimo goderci al meglio la zona e visitare i punti più interessanti. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione né abbiamo provato il loro ristorante che però pare essere molto molto buono, in conoensso abbiamo preso molti caffè (espresso e caffè latte) ed erano perfetti. Unica nota da segnalare: le scale e i corridoi hanno la moquette (ma non le camere) e manca l’ascensore, tuttavia non è un problema con i bagagli perché hanno un montacarichi interno e li consegnano direttamente in camera senza alcuno sforzo per il cliente. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata fantastica, in una struttura con il calore e l’accoglienza di un piccolo albergo ma un servizio concierge da 5 stelle lusso. Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per viaggioatori occidentali abituati a un certo standard di comfort e pulizia.
